Location was great and close to family. The morning shift staff was great, we dropped off bags prior to check in and he was super friendly and helpful.

We had a very late check in, I booked as a family, the night staff clearly saw all 3 of us…the unit we were assigned was not close to the main building. We searched the unit for the sofa bed linens, called the front desk and he says we keep them at the front desk, really? Like I was expected to know that info :-( It was raining and none of us wanted to walk to the main building nor was there any offer to bring to us.

The only thing was that the coffee area wasn't always fully replenished. I.E: coffee pot empty, no cups, no lids, creamer pitcher empty.

The pillows had stains on them along with the sheets. The room itself wasn’t spectacular and we were told they moved us to a whole different location than what we booked. Super inconvenient. The restaurant had good food and the beds were comfy. It was and average stay.

Booking.com indicates a per fee “may” apply with no redirection on the website to determine in what circumstances or how much if any the fee is going to be. Turns out I’m charged an outrageous $75 to have our pet in the room. The hotel also apparently confirmed I could have a ground floor room near an Exit. However I was told this is also not true and we were required to be up the elevator. Our dog is afraid of elevators. A very negative experience. Staff were not helpful and simply told us to blame Booking.com
