The price was higher than my budget, but have to admit it was a very upscale location and experience. I’ve paid nearly the same for a much lower-quality stay elsewhere.

Brand-new facilities, very clean and maintained. The interior design was very stylish and modern. Felt like a small luxury apartment. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good (eggs and meat). Rooms were quiet enough for outside noise and neighbor noise. Area seemed safe.

The only complaint is about the pillows. they were too soft for me ,but is because I do need to have an elevation to rest,everybody else was fine.

Everything was excellent,I got to enjoy my coffe at the lobby area which was quite and relaxing,the breakfast started with my protein and fruits enough to start my day!!! the Laundry room helpful and the gym too!! I did not use the Pool because we were at the attractions in Denver all the time,it would have been enjoyable!! Well,7 days was not enough but the stayed at this property was excellent!!

Not a lot of breakfast selection. Staying here for a week after the second day the kids got tired of the same selection.

Entire staff was friendly. Great location for a family. Lot's of restaurants near by and a target for any last minute things the kids forgot to bring.

Loved the room. The only thing missing was the linens for the hideaway sofa, but a quick trip to the front desk fixed us right up.

David at the front desk was the absolute superstar of our stay! We were traveling with my son and his family (six of us all together), and his car died about 50 miles from the hotel. So I called the hotel to cancel the reservation bc we weren't sure we'd be able to get it running again in time... But David told us that he'd hold off on the cancelation in hopes that we'd be able to get there... And we did! Thank you, David, for saving our vacation!

The breakfast needed to be changed up. We were there for five nights and had the same breakfast offered each day. Also, the breakfast staff during the week was not friendly and never restocked anything so the last hour there was nothing left. The weekend staff was much friendlier and restocked the items.

I really like the aroma. The pool was nice and the whirlpool was nice.

Was not clean. no tv remote. Tv also would get disconnected when turning to face bed or sofa. No forks. Beds uncomfortable and pillows flat. End tables dirty not wiped down. Dishwasher drain dirty. For what I paid for this room I expected a lot more. Spent a little more money to stay in a nice place and it was not. And was told I wouldn’t be charged $15 for parking pass. What!? Why would I have been charged. Pool was dirty big clump of hair. Very disappointed with stay.

- Rooms were not clean, there was hair in the shower, it didn't look like the room had been vacuumed, and towels also had hair on them - Staff wasn't very helpful - Our requests made in advance weren't able to be accommodated - Parking is $12/night - Breakfast was poor - Expensive for the level of quality received - Rooms (even suites) feel small/below average in size

NONE of the cleaning folks spoke any English. It very hard to convey what I needed for room servicing. As a matter of fact I didn’t receive any room service even though I requested it through the front desk.

My best friend got food poisoning from the "free breakfast". We had to ask for an extended checkout cuz she couldn't stop puking. 2 of the 3 treadmills didn't work and 3rd was taken. Had to wait to exercise cuz the front desk staff didn't know how to resolve the problem. He wanted to "YouTube it". It was just in the "wow" factor and not in a good way. The sofa bed had a wire sticking out of the side and scratched my friends leg. I wanted a refund but I booked through a 3rd party (booking.com) so there was nothing they could do.

The room was nice, was happy to have a full kitchen.

Bed sheets were torn, corners of bathroom mirror are broken, house keeping was knocking on the door before we were awake the morning of check out.

Breakfast waffles were good but we were really disappointed Monday morning when we missed breakfast due to the week day schedule that we weren’t aware of

Dishwasher had not been run and no clean dishes to use. Side of cabinet had been damaged. Signs in elevator indicating a high crime area recently but no mention of that prior to booking is disturbing. Upon check in the staff said nothing about needing to take all items from car.

they claim to have night security but a hole was drilled into our gas tank at night and was emptied. hotel did nothing about it and they have signs posted park at your own risk. so beware

We asked for housekeeping, extra pillow and none were fulfilled. The Staff in the front desk said that the housekeepers are busy they have work scheduled . Breakfast is limited, they won't put any missing food not unless you ask for it. Lastly, instead of sleeping more in the morning you can hear footsteps from the upperfloor.

Location is good and the room smells fresh.
