My first room the lock was broken,it was on the 3rd floor. Got moved in right away to a 1st floor room.

We had dirty towels in our bathroom, and a dirty bowl with moldy food under the night stand. Hallways were full of garbage from other rooms.

The only problem I had this time was a staff member told me I could do a late check out for 40.00 and when I went to check out they charged me 50.00 plus tax .

This is the second time I have stayed here and the first time was great. This time the Starbucks was closed for all three days for the holidays.

I thought parking was included. It was not. It was $8 per day.

The room was very spacious and pillows were comfortable. The lobby was a bit sterile. Starbucks wasn’t open on Monday through the sign said it was. The restaurant has generous hours. The shuttle was very timely. There were lots of snacks in their marketplace.

The pool looked great; but several doors were being left open. We told the desk clerk, but nothing was done to close the doors . Felt unsafe and security was an issue. Hence, we did not use the pool. An asset was not being utilized to its full potential.

Having a restaurant and a Starbucks on the premises was a nice convenience.

There was a dead spider in the bathroom, seeds near the fridge, plastic jewelry diamonds in the carpet that were like stepping on a lego. The pillow on one side needs to be replaced it was deflated and not comfortable to sleep on.

The hot tub was really nice. The breakfast bacon was really good. It was in a good area next to the highway that let's you get around quickly.

No microwave in the room. Tiniest mini fridge ever, could hardly fit my leftover containers. Hard with a family as I have my kids milks, yogurts, and waters to keep cold as well. Dispenser holders in the bathroom were empty and replaced with a bar of terrible soap. Glad we brought our own Dove products. Every other IHG hotel we'd been to had fully stocked dispensers in bathrooms with nice hydrating soaps and lotions. Crown Plaza did NOT live up to it's name.

The hotel seemed low on staff which meant rooms weren’t cleaned daily, which is ok, but we weren’t told when we checked in. Stayed three days and the Starbucks in the hotel was open once- the barista was kind and helpful. Probably can get a nicer hotel experience for the price.

Good location. The room was a decent size for two travelers. The staff was polite. The first room we were given smelled like smoke, but the receptionist quickly gave us a better room. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom had hot water and decent water pressure. The air conditioner worked and kept the room cool. Good mix of tv channels.

Older feel than what I prefer. But if you are seeking Economy Class room this will work. Nothing fancy.
