Price could be cheaper. The room cleaning was not done, because I left the warning not to wake me up. But I left the room at 9:30 AM, came back at 5 PM and the room was not cleaned.

Location 1st. The Hotel atmosphere was nice. Room size works for a couple. If you like technologies using the tablet to manage the blinds, lights and ac is nice.

The room could be bigger.

The hotel is located in the city center, there is a large supermarket nearby. The hotel and the room were very modern, carefully designed and clean. We decided to buy breakfast and it was a very good choice, the breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. The staff was smiling and helpful.

Be pre-warned, the room is extremely small. My only complaints is the lack of “top sheet”. I believe this is a fairly new option in the U.S. where, traditionally, there was always a top sheet but today some choose to eliminate it.

Location was convenient. Near the space needle. Lobby area was very comfortable and inviting. The beds are very comfortable. Rooms are very clean.

Love the concept of the hotel chain. Rooms are small, as expected, but feature the most important aspects - immaculate bed with amazing city views and comfortable shower. The room was fully "smart" with all features operated through a tablet (including adjusting colour lighting under your shower). The hotel is designed in a green sustainable way, the common areas are spacious and beautifully designed, staff is very friendly and makes excellent coffee.

Everything in the room is controlled with an iPad which was annoying at times. And the staff is quite hands off. When I asked if I could have a wine glass brought to my room I was told they don’t do that but I could get one myself from the bar. The coffee bar is extremely expensive as well. I recommend going across the street to the Whole Foods store.

The location of the property is great. Only about a 20 minute walk from Pike Place Market. And there are restaurants and shopping nearby.

HONESTLY WOW best hotel ive ever been to and ive been to so many. Felt like I was in a luxury hotel but it was actually such a decent price. I dreaded leaving to go run around bc I was so romanced by the space- it was so futuristic and my view was literally unreal of the seattle skyline. 100/10.

I like to have a bigger room with more space in bathroom.

Location is great. Close to some attractions like Space Needle. You could find a taxi in a few minutes. I saw some public transport as well although I did not use it. Eateries are close by. You have facilities what you need for a stay around the hotel.

The app continues to glitch in Android phones.

Only very small issue was with the smart tv and connecting our Netflix account to their tv but we figured it out .

Location was great for seeing a concert at The Climate Pledge Arena, parking was a breeze, staff had exceptional service and the hotel was not like any hotel I’ve ever stayed in before!! I would definitely stay again and will refer many people.

Easy self check-in with a friendly staff to help if needed, rooms are small but cleverly designed, fully controlled by an iPad (lights, atmosphere, colors, curtains...). Breakfast was good. Beautiful lobby.

The place was simply above my expectations. The location is great, the room is small but very cozy and well organized. The view was fantastic. Staff was helpful and nice. Another great point is amazing breakfast for money they ask, with good variety of products. They even offer you cappuccino on the bar for breakfast. So good! Happy to recommend the place!
