Only very small issue was with the smart tv and connecting our Netflix account to their tv but we figured it out .

Location was great for seeing a concert at The Climate Pledge Arena, parking was a breeze, staff had exceptional service and the hotel was not like any hotel I’ve ever stayed in before!! I would definitely stay again and will refer many people.

Easy self check-in with a friendly staff to help if needed, rooms are small but cleverly designed, fully controlled by an iPad (lights, atmosphere, colors, curtains...). Breakfast was good. Beautiful lobby.

The place was simply above my expectations. The location is great, the room is small but very cozy and well organized. The view was fantastic. Staff was helpful and nice. Another great point is amazing breakfast for money they ask, with good variety of products. They even offer you cappuccino on the bar for breakfast. So good! Happy to recommend the place!

Great spot for a short solo visit! My room was quite small (felt like I was back in Europe!) but it was well designed (efficient) and really comfortable. I opted out of the breakfast as I thought $18 was a lot but then spent even more on a latte and sandwich at a cafe so I now think it's a great deal! :) I used the small gym and found it clean with top line equipment.

So far, and I am myself impressed about it as usually I always find something wrong, nothing negative or that I did not like!

The design is top, interesting to look almost like you are in a museum; the staff is amazing and so so friendly and professional, the smell (it smells so so so good and clean everywhere) and the rooms are designed in a smart way. About our check-in: I had a bit of a situation because of me booking the wrong location so I contacted the booking customer service which was great and seamlessly helpful in facilitating the booking transfer to this location! Additionally, Sharon from this location helped me to check in, made my experience better and add a little extra touch to the whole thing! Her smiling and friendly approach made us all feel welcoming and relaxed. I will definitely suggest this location to friends and family and will come back once in Seattle.

The only negative about it was one of the servers at the bar one night was a bit unfriendly/difficult, but thats just a one off and could happen anywhere. All the other staff I dealt with were great!

I liked the location - it was central to all the neighbourhoods I wanted to visit, it felt safe and clean, was walking distance to downtown and tourist attractions. The room was clean and proper, the breakfast was well worth the money, and the value for money was there. I particularly liked this as a location for travelling alone - I would have been less thrilled with the room if I was with someone, but that could just be the room I paid for.

CitizenM website did not mention that they have parking spaces in the adjacent building. The FAQ suggested we parked at Whole Foods, try street parking, or one of the lots nearby. We were arriving very late, so we pre paid a parking space for a whole day, only to find out that parking was available (paid) right next to the hotel. It was too late to refund the other spot, kind of a waste. in my opinion this information should be available on the website FAQ section.

The staff was excellent. Cafe downstairs had great coffee. Bar is working until late, so you can grab a late night beverage or snack easily.

One morning the welcome at the breakfast was a little bit cold. Seemed that the waitress didn't have a good start to the day and was a bit unfriendly (but was an exception).

Great breakfast! Small rooms, but well thought-out layout and enough storage space. Everthing can be controlled via an app or iPad in the room.

Would suggest putting a power outlet on the otherside of bed (by window), simple how to instructions on wall for ironing room, and easing up on fragrance on 1st floor (it's really strong and also, allergies).

Technology, modern fun graphic decor, streamlined bedroom (small profile than reg room but it works!), huge 1st floor area, and staff great.
