Fantastic place, we stayed here for 5 days and it great. We had the all inclusive option and we certainly recommend that. The breakfast, lunch and dinner was fantastic with great variety. Remember that many good deinks arw also included in the all inclusive. There are also alternative restaurant, the Italian one was wonderful. The staff are really good and hospitality is top notch. We also recommend the see food restaurant if you like that, the cheff is amazing with long experience from Hyatt chain you will be blown away. There are also entertainment programs for kids and it ia a very safe place for the whole family, the parents can relax while kids can run around, play and bathe in the pool. The gym is also good and it has all the necessary equipment. I should also mention Irfan the manager, he is so professional, service minded and caring.

Overall food experience not too pleased, would have expected better food. Some small bugs in bathroom. Personnel a bit slow and a little bit too on you to ask every couple minutes how you are. Beach sellers outside resort area very jumpy to an uncomfortable degree, which virtually made it impossible to enjoy the beach at all.

Nice pool area with closeness to restaurants and bars. Nice and clean facilities connected to beach area, great with top class tennis court and equipment (big kudos for elite-level tennis rackets!!). Nice and helpful staff, and impeccable wifi all over the resort. Rooms also very nice and fresh

The food was not great, quite often over cooked and for the themed meal on the beach a lot of food ran out even though there was plenty there seemed no planning to cook more as some was running out. There was a lack of management and the kitchen staff did not seem to know what they were doing. The hotel ran out of chenin blanc on the AI menu although there were 4 other chenin blancs on the extra pay menu. Amarula had also ran out. It seemed like they were running stock down in time for the rain season.

The bar staff were very attentive and gave excellent service. The room was comfortable with good attention to detail, with fresh towels, flowers and turn down service. The mattress was even changed for us.

The beds were very uncomfortable. My wife and I had sore neck and backs each morning. The main pool was a little hazy.

The place is as advertised the pictures don't do it justice. Its a beautiful compound with extremely friendly staff. We really like how they had a monthly staff appreciation day where they staff of the month was pick by guest. Normally all-inclusive food and drinks aren't that great but not here; the fooood was so good. We went as a family of three and would definitely go again.

the cleaning staff is not very attentive and they took the sheets with some personal things (a toy and a pyjama). Some of them I recovered :). Put your clothes in order and don't leave them on the bed!

We are a family with 3 children (9, 10 and 16 years old). I stayed 1 week in the resort and I can tell you that it was fantastic. From reception to departure. the food is exceptional and safe. The bars, especially the one at the upper pool, are well stocked and the staff very kind and friendly. I also did 2 dives (fish and turtle, but dying coral). I also had a small problem with an umbrella that was blown away by the wind and broke my sunglasses, but Javier promised me that I would be compensated. I look forward to this. Do not withdraw money from the airport ATM. They withdrew the money from our account but did not give us cash. We are still investigating with the bank! Everything else was perfect! I recommend to families with children!

The food is little boring after 7 days...even if there are more restaurant in hotel. The selected wine was not always available.

We tried early check in but it was impossible and had to wait until 2 p.m where we arrived very very early in the morning. We waited so long at the reception for a space to shower. The hotel needs a IT room, that was what is missing.

The staff is extremely sweet and helpful. The hotel itself is a nice natural setting with nice amenities. The beach and the pool is great. The crowd is good quality. I really liked it when the receptionist called us to ask how was our stay. They made nice surprises for me for my birthday

Lovely friendly staff from arrival to departure. So many restaurants and dining options available, the location is extremely beautiful. There's a variety of activities available everyday and the themed dinners were amazing. Would definitely recommend!

only downside was when you went off the private beach and towards the sea there was a lot of sellers. allows some people to talk with locals and buy souvenirs and activities. however for me it was a bit of a pain when trying to have peaceful walks along the water.

Everything was perfect. I had my doubts about spending that much on a hotel stay but it was well worth it. great staff, great food and great entertainment. an unforgettable experience. allow you to relax or support in the booking of activities. hope to visit again.

The best place we have stayed so far. The resort has many free activities for the guests, different restaurants (with international and local food) and bars, cute boutique shop, very beautiful and clean beach. The atmosphere is wonderful, the food is very delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful, smiling all the time and doing their best to make you feel special! you can never be bored here-there are trainings, pool and beach volleyball, tennis, yoga,reef walks, diving lessons, kayaking, as well as many books in different languages available to hire for a day from the outside libraries. Every night there is a special program (tribal dances/Masai show/live band etc). Beautiful landscape with ocean view!Last but not least it is extremely safe! We definitely recommend this place

Quite a long distance from dining area to our rooms. While there was beach football and volley ball, it is not too well coordinated. A few more poo’ activities such as water polo should be considered.

The rooms were good and spacious with good balconies to relax. The poolside beds were sufficient despite the hotel being fully booked. Great and friendly staff always available to serve.
