The location is great a little upgrade is needed .but I do understand we are no coming out if covid 19.

I disIiked the following: 1. While waiting to check out, I noticed the bartender bring drinks for two persons who were at reception checking in. This was not done for my husband and I when we arrived. Is this discrimination? 2. The bedroom only had one plug that we could use to charge our phones, use the kettle and our baby's bottle warmer. 3. The a la carte dining was not satisfactory at all. Staffed seemed over worked serving even though there wasn't much persons. The over worked staff could not provide good customer service. 4. Choices on the menu was limited. We stayed at this resort in 2019, so this was our second stay. Even though this information was requested upon check in, it seemed like nothing extra or special was done. No bonuses. Also, why ask what's the occasion for visiting when nothing special would be done? Yes we were celebrating a birthday that was had earlier in the month, but even though we stated it, nothing was offered. The quality of service at this resort has significantly decreased from our visit in 2019. After our stay in April 2022, I don't think we will be returning.

I liked the following: 1. Ease of check in 2. Pool cleanliness 3. Daily housekeeping 4. Buffet dining 5. Ease of moving around with our baby.

No one help to take my luggage to the room which was upstairs There were no entertainment Hours of bf, lunch and dinner starts too late Vaccination card was required for checkin even though it was not listed as a requirement in the T&C

The phone in the room wasn't working. Had reported it. No one came to fix it. Upon making requests had to walk to receptionist area a couple of times. The glass tray had human hair in it . The bed was uncomfortable. There was a sink in the middle . The bottom half of the mattress was higher than the top. The receptionists on the other 2 days upon my stay wasn't to pleasant. I not sure if they were annoyed because I went 3 times to request what was for dinner. Each time I return up until 5pm. The list wasn't ready. I had asked if they can call me phone 3 occasions because the phone in the room wasn't working. Never happened. I decided to go out for dinner afterwards at 7:30pm... My husband wasn't satisfied with the drinks options as they were limited.

The breakfast was okay. Could have had more options... The food was delicious . The chef and waitresses were very pleasant .Dinner was excellent. Security were very welcoming and pleasant as well. The receptionist only at check was very nice .

Lunch and dinner options could be improved. As a Trinidadian, it was a bit disappointing having meals I'm used to eating daily. At times the bar staff seemed hesitant to give drinks.

Cons. Issue with payment upon checkin. The credit card machine had issues. Room was very outdated. Only 1 US plug available. Light on the patio did not work. AC was a bit noisy.

Pros: Friendly Staff Beautiful pool and outdoor space. I did the breakfast only package, the food came on time and it was really filling. Staff was friendly. Room was very clean Hotel is directly on the beach

The place is NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY TOO LONG A WALK TO ROOM at least the room they gave me No towel available at the pool had a very Long waiting for one. Rooms had no wash cloth Welcome área avance por Snack bar and food not the Best Very dead environment for a resort.. THEY CLEAN THE SEWER IN THE DAY ON MOTHER'S DAY HORRIBLE SMELL BY THE POOL. THE NEED OF SCOOTER IS IMPREATIVELY NEEDED

This facility is NOT diability friendly. The rooms are far at least the one I got was very far from every thing difficulty walking far Need scooters. No early check in as flight are earlier than check in time 3pm Too much of a very Long waiting. The snack bar is not good food for all inclusive price paid. The avance of the place welcome área is not welcoming in as should be. A SAD and NOT fun place unless you make up fun things Food NOT of the Best. No pool towels available too much of a Long waiting for one

It’s very dated. Everything needs to be updated. Lots of potential property is just extremely old. Also stray dogs and cats in the eating area. They will need to get this handled. Very limited food options. Bars and drinks were good. Should probably add some Servers to the bar area. The swim up portion of the pool bar is closed likely due to staffing concerns.

Staff was very pleasant some of the nicest people I encountered in Tobago during my stay.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable but are rather tired and could do with a freshen up. Cleaning was also a bit hit and miss, some days much better than others. Each room has a private patio or balcony with a Seaview, absolutely lovely.

Staff were all amazing. Breakfast was good as was lunch at D’Bay Grill. Dinner was generally ok but you had to get there early before some of the food ran out. The pool setting was beautiful and well maintained. They could do with some new sun bed’s! WiFi was intermittent.
