The bed sheets in particular had a smell like it had not been changed since the prior guest. The sheets themselves weren't fresh and still had hair from whomever had stayed before. Outside of that, everything else was great.

Location is great for an overnight stay if you're in transit. Free airport shuttles to and from the hotel to the airport made was very convenient. Room was cozy and served its purpose.

Since my last stay a couple years ago, the place can do with a face lift inside. The bathroom curtains and wall were mildewed. Color of towels need to change for a cleaner and fresher look. The blanket seemed like it passed it’s time. Also I called prior to my booking to enquire about if walk in was available or do I have to book online. I was told it’ll be more money if I walked in and that online was cheaper. So I proceeded to book online. I received my confirmation number and the price however, upon reaching the hotel I was told a different price which the receptionist said that was before tax.

The first room, which looked nothing like advertised. Also there were other guests there- I believe was unexpected- that had me scared and concerned for my safety, especially when I saw they had to escorted with security. There was an ironing board but no iron. I booked for 2 adults but had one iron. The room was not cleaned while I was there I don't know if I had to request it. When I turned on the shower there was this loud vibration coming from the base of the shower. The pillows were not even regular sized they more seemed like throw pillows.

Shuttle was a great service, much appreciated given our late arrival. We had to change rooms at first because the door wouldn't lock and the only window looked onto a hallway. The second room's air-con was so cold and unadjustable that we had to sleep at the bottom of the bed. Overall, a tired hotel, friendly staff, small rooms but adequate for a quick overnight.

The room had what appeared to be blood stains on the floor near the closet. There was no cable TV. There were no windows. The furniture was old and worn. The bathroom mirror had rust spots on it...or at least I HOPE it was rust. The plumbing under the sink was barely covered with cheap wood that looked ancient. The pool was closed.

The staff were excellent, from shuttle drivers to reception. I had forgotten my phone charger and the staff had kindly set it aside for me for later pickup

On the web page advertise availability to meals when in reality There’s none. Also the price per room advertised is not what you pay when you check in. Advertised was 58us on arrival I paid almost 100us. Very disappointed.

The photos of the rooms are not the sane as the actual room. My room look like something round in a ghotto. The rug was stained, part of the walls was moldy and signs of decomposition. My chair was dirty. The TV not working and there a phone line without a phone. The shuttle driver was friendly n funny I was comfortable. The lady that checked me in she was supper cool and helpful to my million questions .l

I did not like the location of the room from the reception area and how you were able to hear every conversation in the lobby...I also did not like how noisy the staff were at nights in the reception area at 2am...

There was one towel in the bathroom just thrown over the rack. There was no rag. The door could not be locked from inside. Please fix the lock.

I overnighted twice in Trinidad and booked to stay at this hotel. The first time was not great, they knew I was coming a second time, one week later and made no attempt to improve their service. The Airport Shuttle Driver needs to retire: He made little or no attempt to locate me at the airport. The Hotel needs a general clean of furniture in the lobby, general clean the rooms and there was mould on the walls of the elevator. My initially room atrocious: there was a huge stain in the carpet. Although the bed linen was clean and the towels were clean, they were old and tattered, it just did not give you any confidence. Theses things made my overnight stay uncomfortable.

The receptionist moved me to a better room.

The room we were originally placed in was nothing like the pictures we booked. The room we were eventually moved too the deluxe did look like the pictures (slightly outdated) but was just very small our luggage took up most floor space. The room was smelling bad of mould was not the cleanest (hairs in shower and bathroom). The fridge did not work and the AC was also broke down on day 1. The pool was outdated and looked unmaintained there was 3 sun loungers and they all were dirty and mouldy and one was broken.

The staff all of them were amazing very friendly and happy to help with anything they we’re definitely the best thing about the hotel

the hotel was really 1 star. I honestly didn’t feel safe. the Indian people were starring at me being creepy. I didn’t get any sleep . guest where up all night talking extremely loud by my door. walking around the hotel with no shoes on. I hate to say the word ghetto. but that wats it was giving lol.
