The use of the kitchen and refrigerator is extremely limited, We had some issues leaving for excursions early in the morning and the kitchen was locked. The location is very difficult for InDriver or food delivery to find, The bathroom is very outdated and needs to be updated, The coffee at breakfast was very weak.

The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked well, The breakfast was complete and it was relatively quiet in the area and felt very secure.

it didn’t have a table or nightstand to put keys , wallet, cellphones etc , next to the bed, there was only the beds and a metal rack in the room and a locker. the shower was wired wrong because it didn’t heat the water and it shocked me every time i raised my arm to wash my armpits. I think a night stand and a headboard on the beds and a few pictures in the wall could really liven up the place.

The room was not at all cozy. 3 beds inside, and the bed that I slept is was very comfy, but there was totally no decoration whatsoever in the room. Also the light was very bright. Too bright for a bedroom.

All personal was strange! The ovners feels like scaried! Non-comunicative peoples! I had 3 nights accommodation! The first night I slept in an apartment near the location, and the two nights of accommodation stayed in a different room than the one I had originally bought. I really don't care about the owners. A little arrogant! They should change their behavior in the future!

There is a pool advertised but it isn't filled. There is a small gap all around the door which just seemed like a huge waste on electricity for AC and if you're close enough you can see in. There is also a bright light on until late outside of the room in front of the window. Blackout drapes instead of shear white drapes would have helped to sleep later. The water didn't work in the area when we were there for most of the day and evening. It's our of their hands but a little explanation would have been helpful. After asking u was able to get a bucket of water to wash our kids a bit before putting them to bed. The staff was a bit odd, like not friendly but maybe just shy? There isn't much near the guesthouse minus a tienda or two so you'll have to walk a bit to find things to eat but that's nice that it was quiet there.

The room was huge and the AC was nice. There were several beds in the room. The wifi was good and there was even Netflix on the tv. The included breakfast was yummy. We were able to fill up our water bottle by asking staff and they even included free plastic water bottles in the room. The area is very secure and gated and very close to the bus station and the city center. Both are a quick bus trip or a 25 minute walk. The room and area was very clean. All in all, we would stay again as it was comfy, we liked the breakfast, it was close and the neighborhood was very safe and secure.

My family booked 2 nights, march 6-8.  On 2 occasions I tried contacting the hostal through booking.com(submitted a time of arrival) and via email with no response.  We finally were able to contact someone by phone.  We just wanted to make sure someone would be aware and there at the hostal as our flight would be arriving at 1:45am march 7th.  Very minimal english spoken so my husband ended up speaking on my behalf.  To which we were told no one would be here at that time.  We spent hours waiting at the airport with our 9 year old son as they said they would open at 7.  When we arrived we were charged 2 nights even though they would not accommodate us for the first night.  Then they weren't even going to give us breakfast when we arrived, even though we paid for it.  We tried to get some sleep as we were exhausted but that was cut short as they were burning leaves, which caused our room to fill with smoke.  Lastly, we were charged two different prices for local beer(we were reimbursed).  That, however, was the only  rectified.  I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this place.  Especially if you require flexibility for late flights.

They gave my room reservation away to someone else as I checked in at 5pm and not 1pm. They couldn't accommodate me as they were full, so I had to find another hotel last min while waiting in the lobby.

There was no hot/warm water for the shower. There was no nightstand or bedside table.

The staff was hospitable. The bedroom was clean. The included breakfast was decent. The dining area was refreshing. The bed was good. The washing machine was accessible anytime. The price was an excellent value for the total service and very affordable.
