Not a negative as such. But Bathroom was a little small for me - but I’m 6’2” (187) so perhaps I’m bigger than most.

English speaking, friendly staff, perfect location to visit the old town and the towers. Balcony was very nice, a busy road below but excellent view. The extra bed for a possible third person was good to have our stuff on - but for three persons, the room would have been smallish.

The hotel was a walkable distance to the historic centre, it was easy to find with the added bonus of a free car park. The food, especially the evening meal was.amazing - delicious.

The toilet was not very clean, though every other part of the hotel felt clean. Seems that the toilet was simply missed! The room was not quiet at all. I could hear every noise from the hallway and the rooms beside me.

It's located just over 1 kilometer from the center of San Marino town. If you're traveling by car, it's convenient ad there is a place to park, but if you are using public transportation, it's about a 15 minute walk up and down a hill each way to get into town. One bonus is if you are taking the bus back to Rimini, the bus stops almost in front of the hotel.

Its a bit far from the Main Touristy area, wifi is not working the whole 24 hours I stayed there. I get disturbed by the next room's banging of the door.

The bed is comfy and the room is spacious and is great deal with money. Had a good sleep

The hotel is near the San Marino towers, with nice wiew, restaurant and small private parking lot. Good for one night stay.

Wifi: the wifi barely worked, which was difficult for us since we were relying on having access. Size: the rooms and bathrooms were functional but small. The lower rating is due to the lack of wifi.

Location: it was an easy walk to the heart of the historic city. There is also a bus stop across the street for easy access from Rimini. Communication: the staff did an excellent job communicating in advance and were waiting for us when we had a later than expected arrival. We did have to let them know when we were arriving so they would have appropriate staff for check-in. Comfort: the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well!

Like many guests before me commented, the rooms were a little run down and could use an update. The location is a little far down the hill from old town.

The room was clean and had shutters, so I was able to darken it completely, which was nice. Breakfast was plenty and I appreciates very much that I was able to check in early - thank you again.

Bathroom was a bit too small. The Wi-Fi on the day didn't connect well. (could just be a temporary issue) Otherwise a good place with decent prices.

Good value for money. Parking on site. Not too far from the city 20 min walk - but it's uphill. Excellent delicious fish restaurant at the hotel with a 10% discount. Wifi didn't work well on the day we stayed but this looked to be short term. Breakfast was really good! They give you a discount card (20% off) you can use in San Marino, just show it when paying for parking and museum entry. The owner and staff are so friendly and kind.
