Near the best beach. Far from the city center but you can take a bus. Parking at the front door. Nice room and separate shared kitchen with stuff to cook.

The Rooms & apartments Bruno was amazing. We had the double bedroom with sea view and it definitely exceeded your expectations! From checking to duration our stay and checkout everything went super smoothly. The room was super clean and it was always kept clean. If we visit Split again, we will definitely stay here!

Mirko is an awesome host, kind and flexible. The place is really clean and comfortable. The room has a balcony and nice sea view, perfect for whiling away as you watch the sea or enjoy the sunset. Relatively quiet place. I would recommend this place.

We had a very nice stay. Perfect location, close to different beaches, all the restaurants and grocery stores. Spacious private parking. Equipped kitchen, which we were using every morning for breakfast. Special thanx to the stuff, who was exceptionally friendly and caring. The only thing I can recommend to the owner is getting the dishwashing machine.

Nothing about the property, but the area a little run down, but some lovely swimming stops along the coast both ways. Great place for a few days and to get away from the hustle and bustle of Split

the property was very clean and modern, with a fantastic shower/bathroom, bed was very comfy and small balcony looking over the sea was nice. There was a small fridge in the room and air conditioning There was a fully functional kitchen available on the same floor to use, which was of high standard.

Everything was fine.

The appartment is just a step away from the sea-front at Stobrek ,with good views from the two balconies. The kitchen is well stocked and the appartment clean and well-furnished. Bruno, the owner is very friendly and helpful. He drove us to Split so we could catch the ferry to Italy.. For one of us this was a second visit and we would come back again.

A very good place to stay away from the busy city.Close to many beaches.Shop across the street.The place is run by the nicest people You can imagine.I asked if I could stay one more night,but no,it was fully booked,so they put in a lot of effort to find a place for me to stay,and even drove me there.Fantastic!

Great location with good local restaurants, small shop and bakery within easy walking distance of the apartment. There is also a couple of nice beaches nearby too. Split is only a short trip away in a taxi or uber. Apartment has everything you need for a stay and is very clean.

The bed was slightly too soft for a longer stay, bur for two nights it was perfect. The sea voew is beautiful, but comes at a price,as the balcony gets very hot during the day.

flexibility was superb. We booked 10 minutes before arriving, he was right there to greet us and everything was clean, neat and perfectly ready for new guests. we checked put two days later at 7:30 in the morning. no issues, wonderfully hospitable and friendly!

Fantastic location with a short walk to the beach. Away from the touristy areas, but with a close proximity to Split and it’s attractions. Matko, the host, is very hospitable and friendly.
