The bar in the reception area was uninspiring, as was the dining room which lacked any sort of character. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. The rooms seemed to have been locked in time and the decor was, again, uninspiring and lacking character. Everything was there, but there was nothing special. The room could have supplied with an iron and ironing board plus tea/coffee making facilities.

The location was superb, overlooking the surrounding plane and as far as Rimini and the Adriatic. Our receptionist, Edgar was excellent and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Underground parking was much appreciated. The location, next to the city walls could not have been better.

The room was very small and the bed was not very comfortable. The breakfast was open from 7:00 - 10:00, but the food was not replenished after 9:00. There was no still water on the buffet and they were completely out of fruit.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The entrance is very well appointed.

Rooms not equipped with sound proof and loud. Amenities were not as rated

Management were very kind and location was good except for the 1:30 am parties down the street, We were not able to sleep and had to contact management who were cordial enough to move us. yes there was a curfew but the bars and restaurants did not adhere. Many people complained and law enforcement had to show up to break it up. Rating 3 stars for hotel but 5 stars for management.

We've been there for second time. First time it was OK as hotel was empty due to Covid. But this time, for the price we have been given smallest rooms (they said last room, but booking clearly says the opposite), but with the view into the stone wall and second room had the view with the bin in front of the window. Receptionist told us, after we spent a day in car traveling there, that we cannot go to the hotel restaurant in clothes we've been in, sure we can change them after the shower... It was terrible experience this time and we are not coming back ever again.

Took 70 minutes to find a parking spot. The receptionist just said, "keep driving around, everyone finds something eventually". Parked 800 metre from the hotel. Wi-Fi was horrible, kept resetting every few minutes. Was literally impossible to conduct video chats, and it stopped sending and receiving messages. Noise level was bad. Aside from the load event at the castle until 2300 which had the windows resonating, machinery in the back was load. When I commented to the staff that I expected more, I was told I must pay an extra 30 EUR for a superior room if I want it quite.

Breakfast was good. Very modern hotel, close to the castle.

Everything else. The room was poorly maintained with overhead shower only where the pipe was broken and was spraying all around. Tiny room next to huge, apparently aircon units that was noisy all night long and the old fashion windows they weren’t of course sound proof.
