Not a dislike really, but could use some updates in areas; i.e., microwave defiantly is dated and the tub floor felt a little creaky/unsteady, but both still usable and didn't disrupt the stay.

There was a very strong smell of a cleaner covering up some bad smells. No breakfast availability besides packaged sweet things. Staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful, just checked us in.

The exercise room was out of service. The breakfast did not have any protein such as eggs or meat. All that was served was high carbohydrate foods.

For the amount that you pay which is around $150 a night minimum, plus the pet fees and other taxes, you just get a sense that the motel could offer just a bit more. When we got our room, there was no shampoo or conditioner, rug was burnt or torn up in several spots but they did clean it nightly which is good since you do pay cleaning fees if you bring pets. Total bill was a little over $500 for a two night stay.

Location was about a half hour away from Helen which was the reason for our stay, Oktoberfest in Downtown Helen Ga. This hotel was one of the last available for the weekend. It has a Mexican restaurant just a few yards away and Starbucks less than a half mile. Also I didn’t realize that I missed breakfast when I went down at 9:20am and the associate turned on the juice machine for me which was very nice.

We had black mold growing around the safety rail in our shower and due to the age of the hotel, it did have a mild smell (nothing major, but noticed).

The breakfast was not great, with no hot foods except waffles and toast. It had Twinkies and oatmeal cookies and muffins and cereal. The OJ was also very very watered down. We did get a breakfast just not what is advertised. Also, we LOVED the TRULY heated pool. It's an older pool but it is indoors and it is more like a hot tub. Excellent!

The room had a musty smell to it, the shower/tub was in disrepair. Although they came in the room and emptied the trash cans and made the beds, The sheets weren't ever changed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean.

looked a little run down. The sheets were stained, the pillows were hard, our rooms smelled like mildew and there were roaches in the rooms. The pool was dirty and it was warm like bath water which was gross.

I wish it was two queen beds instead of full size. But other than that, everything was great.

The manager was great! The staff was very nice and attentive. The room is exactly what I expected. It was nice to use the indoor pool when it was cold out.
