We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyAlthough we highly recommend the hotel, there were some minor issues. We really wanted to use the beautiful hottub on the roof. I enquired when booking if the hottub and suana were operational and was told all facilities were available. When we arrived the hottub was not in use. We did get to use the sauna, but it was not what we expected of a high class hotel - very small and in a dingy massage room. Second, it was extremely windy during our visit and the window vibrated - sounded like a power drill. Luckily the wind died down during the night, so it didn't bother our sleep.
All the personnel were extremely friendly and helpful!. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was very good. We even got a special gourmet orange crepe made especially for us. Very central location. We got parking directly in front of the hotel for 4 Euro for 24 hours.

United KingdomAt first we were given an extremely small and outdated room, totally not acceptable for the price we payed. I asked for a change of room and was offered an updated room free of charge but actually ended up paying a small fee to get a balcony room. It was completely worth the extra money for the balcony view. The "pool" is a small hot tub with no view which is a shame.
The hotel is in a great location right by the old town. The views are amazing and the hotel having an outside terrace is great to relax on. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast food was good.

Netherlands- Breakfast was okay but no warm food (eggs etc). there’s toaster and can ask for warm pancake. - Parking along the road usually full, but we arrived late in the evening so there was a free space. - Wifi is very weak in the room
- Family room is quite spacious, good for small kids. - Beautiful view from the balcony. Otherwise head to level 3 there is a outdoor lounge/ terrace with a view. - Just a stone throw away from San Marino city center/Palazzo Pubblico, took a stroll there after sunset, very tranquil. - No kettle and cups for tea/coffee, but they can send warm water & tea to the room for free. Fridge present in the room. - Staffs are very friendly and helpful

AustraliaNo charging plug in rooms for the plugs we had(italian ) I thought by looking at the pictures when booking that breakfast was on a terrace? No. Though weather was not good for the morning we were there. Cloud/mist/rain. Breakfast was very good though.
Position was excellent and although on site parking was expensive,(19€/night) it made life alot easier.

PeruThe breakfast was good but not exceptional.
The location of the Hotel is the best, every room has a terrace with THE VIEW. We got a room for 3 and it was fantastic because it had two separate spaces (the room and the living room with the sofa bed) so each had their privacy and it had 1.5 bathrooms. The staff was nice and accommodating and the Parking was a plus.

The amazing location of the hotel and the friendly and helpful staff made my short stay a memorable one. The restaurant was very good and the private garage was useful. I will definately return!

FinlandI paid for a panoramic view (superior room). We were booked for the 1st floor and the trees covered the whole view to the valley. One would need to stay on the 3rd floor to actually see anything from behind the trees, especially in the summer when the trees are covered with leaves. I asked the staff about this, and they said the superior rooms are facing the valley, which is what was promised. They can't do anything about the trees. I feel this is misleading marketing because the room was pricy and I would have chosen a different hotel had I've known there is no view.
The room was spacious and looked nice. It was mainly tidy.
