On our last day I had booked and paid an extra night, as our flight was late at night and I did not want to check out early in the morning. We had paid for this night, but room service did not come. When I called and asked them for clean towels, they came and cleaned. It would have been nicer if I did not have to ask, considering we had paid for the extra night already. The brreakfast experience was the least 'exclusive' of our stay. Food was basic, table seating was quite strict and many tables were blocked as 'reserved' simply because staff preferred us to sit somewhere else.

The room was spacious and very clean. The pool is amazing and very big. Not busy. The cleaning services were very good. The staff was very friendly. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Would have liked a dishwasher and washing machine in the apartment. There was a launderette available which was functional and easy to use but would have been much more convenient to do laundry in our room. Treetops only take long stays which is a shame as we wanted to return for a couple of nights after sentosa.

Location was very central and convenient with great transport links. Bus stop which is 2-3 min walk has buses to most attractions. Apartment was really comfortable with great facilities like swimming pool and gym. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with everything and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The jacuzzi pool was out of action the whole week, and no sign of it being fixed. Although it didn’t bother us too much for the price we paid we expected everything to be working.

It was very peaceful. Apartment was serviced every day - apart from Sunday. Lovely soft towels. Warm pool. Family friendly. And a wonderful multi choice breakfast- I will miss those breakfasts!

Great location, short comfortable walk to shopping centres, restaurants in Orchard. Comfortable and clean room although extremely crammed between wardrobe and bedside table (can't access). Great professional and friendly customer service from check in to check out. Breakfast however were no good. Roti prata were hard and dry, completely inedible. Waffles were dry too, breakfast were almost the same every morning, kinda sick and not looking forward by Day 3. However breakfast on Chinese New Year day was good and interesting followed by Lion Dance outside hotel lobby. Service staff at restaurant during breakfast should refrain from making remarks or discussing personal matters and also most importantly using foul language (one particular Chinese man sweared in Hokkien) My wife was just standing beside him. Overall I enjoyed the stay with my wife, might stay again in near future.

I hate to say this, but the property is starting to show its age. Spa not working, and a little gritty around the edges. Rooms also starting to look dated.
