Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe reason this is not a 10 is because of some housekeeping issues. We were missing our baby cot when we arrived and it was already very late at night so a bit of an inconvenience as we were hoping to put the baby to sleep asap. The other reason is the general housekeeping. We had our towels changed and bins removed but that’s about it. The room didn’t feel that clean. There was some fruit on the table and I had to call reception after three days to come and collect as we were obviously not gonna eat it and it went off. The amount of dust in that room by the time we went was insane. I had to brush it off our suitcases. I really feel like this is such a shame as everything else was so high quality and like I said the service in the lounge was exceptional.
The hotel is great but the best part was the customer service we received in the executive lounge. The ladies that work there are brilliant, very friendly and so professional. Breakfast was great and would definitely recommend the upgrade to the executive lounge. You get snacks and drinks for two hours in the evening. Nice place to chill before going for dinner.

The location is great, bed and linen were exceptionally comfortable. Great breakfast, would be nice to have roasted coffee though, not just capsuled. Friendly and helpful stuff.

Location was good, excellent breakfast. Tgecroof top view was excellent however the barman was rude nit only to us but to other customers as well. He insisted on the tonic he served being superior to Schweppes which was completely incorrect. The customers opinion is correct.

Singapore1.The toilet flush was a bit weak. 2.It would be better to have better sound proofing from the roof top party. The sound can be heard from 9 floor. It was distraction if one need to work in the room.
1.Breakfast was great that I never missed one during my stay. It was with enough options of carbs, protein (freshly cooked omelet), and fruit. I enjoyed the coffee both from mini bar in the room and at the breakfast lounge every morning. 2.Swimming pool and gym was well facilitated. ChinaThe lady at the front desk mistakenly authorized an amount much higher than our room fees from my husband's credit card. This affected his credit limit. After we asked to cancel the authorization, one receptionist said she would ask her manager about the issue and make us a phone call. But she did not call. So my husband had to go to the front desk at 3F again to solve this.
The room is clean and bright. The housekeeping is good. There is coffee and tea provided in the room.

The room was very clean and nicely furnished and the bed was super comfy. I particularly liked the bathroom layout (separate shower & separate toilet). The pool was quiet when we stayed (end of March) so I managed to swim for half an hour without anyone else in the pool. The hotel is in a great location - within walking distance of Raffles Long Bar; we used the Grab app to travel everywhere else (Gardens by the Bay, The Marina Bay Sands and China town etc). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay. Staff were very helpful too.

GermanyA very cozy hotel in a good location. Bus stops and metro station are very close. You can also walk in 20 mins to Merlion or Singapore Flyer. The room has enough space and pretty much all you might need. The top pool has amazing view on the bay. We pretty enjoyed the Lounge concept which worth every penny. Excellent cleaning service in the room. The staff makes their work at the best.
