It would have been useful to be able to stay in our room for a bit longer.

Room was great - we had to split it into a twin but didn't mind. Breakfast was delicious - the omelette was so tasty. Location is very good.

The only thing I would wish is more vegetables for breakfast

Top notch experience! We stayed twice here and would come back again. Rooms are very cozy, well furnished, comfy. Attention to details. Superb service! Highly recommended. Spa was also awesome. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed. And I do travel a lot.

Gym it’s a bit small.

Amazing buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Staff were extremely attentive and friendly.

Lighting system. Especially finding the bathroom lights during the night ... Lack of hooks for towels, bathrobs in the bathroom area.

Very friendly personnel. Large room, king-size bed. Beautiful plants and green fasade decorations. Nice pool.

Lady at the arrival reception was amazing. She gave us lots of tips what to visit around. Breakfast at the Lime was delicious, so much choice, that was the highlight of our stay. Hotel room overlooking park was fantastic, we had great time.

Because they cleaned the room twice a day, the room was clean enough. Early check-in and late check-out were available and also, they let us use shower room at spa which was awesome for the late flight! Thank you so much for the lovely memory of first singapore trip!

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low on the hot setting. Also the check in staff said they would arrange a surprise in the room for my wife's birthday and they didn't so she was a little disappointed.

Hotel is really nice. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Location is great. Free bikes you can take for the day made our trip much more fun and the city much more accessible. Rooms are big and comfy

No lights in the toilet so I often took my phone torch into the toilet and there was no light above the shower. Also, the main room light switches were on one side of a very large bed which was a little annoying but not enough to not stay here again.

I loved everything about my stay. The hotel facilities were lovely, the rooms modern and light and spacious. I had a view looking out over the vertical garden which was so relaxing! The staff were also very friendly and helpful whenever you needed. I can’t wait to revisit!

More light in the bathroom maybe, but honestly don’t let this put anyone off!

What can I say, it was just a great choice. We always look for a mix of quality, location and room size. But this was so much more as in top of being a great hotel, the staff were amazing at every section. Nothing was too much trouble from the kind receptionist who found us a room to be able to check in at 9.30am after 24 hours of travelling to the concierge who took care of our damaged luggage which was sent for repairs. Location 100%, breakfast superb and big choice, executive lounge was always welcome for a cheeky drink or two before going out… it just goes on. One of the best and nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Granted, it’s not cheap, but you will leave thanking the staff for a wonderful stay. Plus, the greenery is found at every corner which gives such a clean and refreshing sensation

Spacious rooms, extremely helpful staff, delicious and convenient breakfast buffet, and the pool hours. Pool is open from early til late so our toddler could get some respite from the heat and burn off energy.
