Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We traveled with 10 people so had two triples and a family room. We expected the rooms to be a bit smaller so had to manage living out the suitcase. We enjoyed our stay. The lap pool was great for everyone to cool off. We took the breakfast package which was great. Had both asian and western options. The location was fantastic with two major MRT station close by. The rooms were clean had a fridge,TV and excellent WI-FI. Staff were Friendly and helpful. There were lots of eating options very close by. We would recommend Staying here.

United Kingdom- The rooms are pretty small, so it is not great if you have big luggage - The water temperature in the bathroom randomly changes - You are given a towel each, so no hand towel or towel for your face/hair - We experienced a problem with the door not closing properly (make sure you check it has closed properly before leaving your room)
- Friendly staff (we hope you come across David, he was the sweetest and gave us some recommendations) - The location is excellent (almost next to the MRT) - Cute design - Comfortable bed - Gave us a room for 45 minutes to freshen up after check out (we had a very long flight ahead so it was greatly appreciated). - Hawker nearby has some amazing food (near Bugis)

The staff were very friendly. I was offered a room to freshen up after I checked out because my flight was late at night for free. That was very kind of them.

Hotel held our luggage for they day and we were given a room later in the day for a shower prior to heading out for a late flight, however the room allocation was only for 45 minutes.
