There's no kids play area / playground Nothing else I dont realy like but it'll be nice to have hot breakfast eg egg, beans or hashbrown. Although it has a good selection for breakfast - pastry puffs, fruits & yougurt

The location is good and has great shuttle timing. The reception is welcoming & there's a waiting room in the lobby. There's a lap pool & tennis court. A nice gym area & good equipment. The room is clean & housekeeping is every day except weekend. It has light breakfast with selections of tea/coffee & juices with limited seating. We get our breakfast to bring upstairs.

Location is a bit far off from the touristic locations. It's 10 min walk to Orchard Road but takes much longer to walk to other places such as Merlion. They provide shuttles but we never got to use them because they operate only on weekdays (weird) and limited hours. Breakfast was kinda poor, all carbs and almost no protein. American Inns have better breakfast.

Room was very clean. Rooms are sizable with sufficient closet space. The staff is welcoming and helpful. Nothing much to add.

Some basic facilities like bath room slippers, round the clock reception attendance are not provided. Breakfast needs some variety. If someone stays there for 3-4 weeks, it will be difficult to eat the same stuff everyday

Nothing. It exceeded my expectations above and beyond. The negative comments about breakfast is quite amusing to be honest. Apartment-hotels generally never serve breakfast - that's literally the whole point of the full kitchen set up in each apartment. Yet Le Grove does provide a complimentary breakfast, and it's pretty good (sure no personalised eggs or hot breakfast options, and yes there is a range of unique pastries, but it's part of the local cuisine experience. The cereals, assortment of breads, cheese & condiments, waffles, milk, juice, fruit, yoghurt is pretty extensive really. And it's free. They were awesome to let me grab a go bag as I headed out.) I travel for work - and prefer apartment hotels than hotel rooms - just more spacious and homey. This was by far the best stay I've ever had. And the staff - all of them - were just so friendly and kind.

Amazing location. Super clean. Very comfortable. Has everything you need/want. Pool area is clean and the water is so amazing in Singaporean humidity. I booked a studio, and was upgraded to a 1bedroom apartment that was just wonderful, super quiet, loads of pillows to choose. Best part for me was the massage chair... I mean seriously, a top of the line, amazing massage chair that is so so so good after a long flight and a long day of work! The shuttle service was great too - I got a bit lost, and the driver helped me find where I needed to be. It's the little things like the welcome basket, the ability to open windows and change temperatures in your apartment, the spaciousness of everything, the security gate guards, the complimentary breakfast (fruit is so sweet!), the umbrella and shopping bags that just make it so much nicer. I forgot my international power connector, I asked the reception staff a good shop that I could buy one from, and they so kindly gave me to use! The gym has everything you need, and is clean. The day I left, I was able to still use the pool, lounge, shower etc after checking out - I legit made myself tired, and a hot shower, and then got the airport and slept most of my flight back to Australia! Particular shout out to Conrad at reception: just a stellar human, amazing customer service, incredibly helpful and just a really happy person! Next time I'm in Singapore & need to work around the Orchid area, I will definitely stay at Le Grove.

If you need any groceries you have to remember bringing them with you. There is no mini market nearby. You have to grab a taxi to go out at night. But if you invest in the mrt tourist pass then a 15 min walk from the apartment is enough to connect you to whole of Singapore. The mrt tourist pass is cheap and well worth it.

Very comfortable studio apartment. The transport provided is very useful. It takes you from the apartment to key places in Singapore center. Nice simple breakfast of pastries bakeries and fruits.

Location is not convenient. Nearest MRT is Stevens which is 15mins walk away or 2 bus stops away on Stevens Rd (5 mins' walk from Le Grove). There's no 7/11 or eating spots in walking distance.

Everything is 5 star from the front desk staff to room to the facilities. They even have a decent massage chair in the lounge room with vending machines and sofas. The shuttle bus is great for going to Orchard Rd, Suntec City etc although the service stops at 7pm. There're ample free parking spots which is great for friends or families when they visit. Location is very quiet for a good night sleep. And bonus is they upgraded me from a studio to 1 bedroom which is bigger and has a washer/dryer in the kitchen. Otherwise i would've to use the laundry in the basement. Having the washer/dryer really helped as Sin is so humid and hot that you will need frequent change of clothes.

Location is a little inconvenient (not close to restaurants, shopping or entertainment) but only a short Grab ride away. Would be great if they could serve breakfast on weekends.

Beautiful property. Modern, elegant and spacious. Great facilities including a gym, massage chair and large pool. Also a provided a great welcome pack on arrival. Breakfast is also delicious.

The only thing I didn’t like about my room was the sewer smell coming out from our shower. It was very bad whenever there was water going in e.g. when I showered. It could be an overall situation in Singapore maybe? I was too lazy to ask the staff.

Wish the gym and pool could be open for a longer time. They are open from 7am to 10 pm, that can be difficult to manage during weekdays. Dryer function in the in-room washing machine makes things more wet!

The location was a bit out of the way but not a big deal since the property shuttle made up for it. Also the supermarkets are a bit far with the most affordable options not present closebly.

The room was exceptionally big for what is to expect in average in Singapore. It was also perfect for me since it came with a dedicated work area. In addition, the property is quiet which is great for a light sleeper like me.
