Our only down point was the noise from the road which was really loud. But it was truly a wonderful place to stay!

Absolutely fantastic facilities, staff and location. Next time we stay we will request a room that backs onto the market and not the main road. Otherwise this place is absolutely PERFECT AAA+++

I reserved a room with breakfast included, but upon arrival, I was informed that the café was undergoing renovations. However, Mr. Rey promptly informed me that Booking.com would be refunding me for this inconvenience. Despite my initial concerns about potential construction noise, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was minimal, and it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. Overall, I have no complaints and thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

The property's location was outstanding! It offered convenient access to the metro and the vibrant Bugis area, with a plethora of restaurants nearby. Mr. Rey's hospitality was exceptional; he effortlessly catered to all our requests, ensuring we felt thoroughly cared for. The room itself was impeccably maintained, exuding a cozy "home away from home" ambiance. Every essential was thoughtfully provided, from a coffee machine to a washing machine for laundry, leaving us wanting for nothing. Without a doubt, I look forward to returning to this gem in Singapore, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a truly comfortable stay.

Excellent staying of Hovoh Service Apartment Great location & Excellent Stay, we have nearest MRT (Bugis station) just opposite to this service apartment and beautiful surrounding atmosphere and nearest market (Bugis street & Bugis Junction), great staff specially "REY", most friendly and he helped lot ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the stay was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we stayed in 1BHK apartment and near by lot of restuartants, food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future and will highly recommend this excellent staying to my friends and all.

Not that it’s the hotels fault but the major construction going on close by was very noisy but luckily I had packed ear plugs and after two days they moved further along. Like I said though, not the fault of the hotel but a warning may have been helpful.

It was very clean, the staff were brilliant. Excellent location with the trains and buses across the road, which are so easy to navigate.Close to local markets and major shopping centres. I would easily stay again.

This is a lovely old heritage building next to Bugis Street and Bugis MRT. The apartment I had was a one bedroom with a balcony, living room, kitchenette and bathroom. All very pleasant, well equipped and spotlessly clean, but what makes this place really special are the people who work in it. I met Rey, who is the Manager at the reception, and Warren, as well as a young woman who worked on reception also. So helpful and friendly. It seemed nothing was too much trouble. This made it feel like home and I can't wait to go back again. As mentioned in other reviews there is some traffic noise if you have an apartment facing the main road so bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. You won't be disappointed. Thank you especially to Rey who is such a nice chap. If I needed anything the team just sorted it. Thank you. You are all great.

If I had to pick one thing the room was a little smaller than expected, but I hardly spent anytime in the room so wasn't a problem at all

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly they couldn't do enough for us especially Ray the ever present Manager. The young lady ( forgot her name) helped and assisted us with the taxi, waited with us and helped with the bags, so greatful.1 The room had airconditioning, microwave, Cooktop, shower and 2 bidets, washing machine/dryer, coffee machine and a water purifier/heater. The hotel was positioned minutes to food outlets, hawker centre, markets, buses, and MRT. I walked to Little India, Arab Street, Haji Lane, Esplanade, Spectra Light Show, Helix Bridge, Merlion and Flowers by the Bay. 24hr coffee at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf for us early risers 5minutes walk, Mac Donald's, Jollibee and Asian restaurants downstairs. Shopping Malls also minutes away.

Nothing, our stay was incredible.

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, service staff were also amazing. The gentleman at the front counter was the best service staff I've ever had, he was both attentive, polite, and paid attention to all our needs. Even though it was over Chinese New Year the staff were incredible and made us feel at home.

It was an amazing experience to stay here. Easy to find, close to public transport stops, shopping centres and restaurants. Our apartment was equipped with all appliances, including air conditioners, washing machine and coffee machine. Very clean, every day was cleaning. Nice breakfasts with western and local options. Extremely friendly staff. Highly recommend!

It is very noisy outside and apart from wearing ear plugs you cannot do much against it as the building has some old openings above windows which I guess cannot be touched due to protection of historical buildings. Our flat had 2 chairs for 4 people so we had to compromise a bit, but we did not mind as we have spent so much time outside. As said, ear plugs are highly recommended.

Excellent location, super close to MRT and bus stations as well as short walk away from Esplanade or downtown. Plenty of shopping and restaurant options. It was cleaned every day and we got fresh towels replaced. Water purifying machine was excellent as well as a Nespresso coffee maker. Beds were comfortable, nothing to complain!

The main bed size in our room was very small for 2 people, including a 6ft adult. Luckily we were apparently upgraded due to some renovation work happening in the hotel. I could sleep in the added single room, so we could both sleep more comfortably for the week. A bit weird though since it was a 25th Anniversary trip!!

Great location close to MRT and shops. Lots of good dining options nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and having breakfast included was nice!

The property was a tad small for over $400 per night. Would have been good to have a seating area. I assume most places are small in Singapore.

The bathroom was very small. Also the apartment that we had which was Florentine had a few internal steps in it which were a bit of a trip hazard and I would not recommend for older people.

Location is so convenient, just cross the street for MRT to go anyway, close to food, shopping at the markets and nearby upmarket shops. Like the malay air conditioning kopi shop - short walk around the corner.

Really, there was nothing to not like! Everything was great. They call it a 'boutique' serviced apartment, and indeed that's what it is.

The manager, Ray, was very helpful and attentive, and solved any problem which we had. The cleaning staff (everyday housekeeping!) were also extremely nice. Very nice verandah to watch the busy street below. Extremely good facilities in the kitchen - everything you could possibly need. The breakfast, served 8-11 am, was excellent. Though the options were limited (not a full buffet-style breakfast), the fare - extremely well appointed and presented - was served at the table by very courteous servers within a few minutes.
