My room had a dehumidifier and I needed to run it a couple of hours a day.

Excellent location close to 2 MRT stations, Maxwell Hawker centre, lots of restaurants, Buddha Tooth relic temple and much more. Comfy single room. I selected the ‘no window’ room and it was fine. Digital checkin was easy - they messaged me the door code the day prior then I logged onto their WiFi to complete checkin.

So far everything is fine. We would hope that the tv is compatible to Bluetooth connection if possible.

The room comes with working desk, dehumidifier, mini kitchen, microwave and a large fridge, which almost similar to a studio units. The wifi is working fine and allow me to work in the room whole day without issue. Location is very near to mrt station and attraction such as Marina Bay Viewpoint, Chinatown Street, Food stall. We enjoy walking around the areas.

I couldn’t book a room with a window but simply because there was only the one without left as I booked last minute. It served perfectly its purpose however next time I’d definitely go for the window!

The staff was incredibly present and helpful, very quick to respond and support with any questions. The place was clean and even the products like shampoo and conditioner were great! Laundry powder provided which was a pleasant surprise.

Maica, Mary & Kalvin communicated very well pre-arrival, arrival, and checking out. This made the experience stress free :). The location of this accommodation is close to transit, food, and the hustle and bustle of Chinatown. It is 100% worth the stay. The single bedroom dorm room was a perfect size for a solo traveler, with a private toilet and shower. Huge bonus to the laundry facilities on site (free).

The neighbourhood is very lively and thus a little bit noisy but it's wasn't too bad.

The location is perfect and it's a good price for what you get. The laundry service is for free, you even get free detergent, which is great. Although it's a digital hotel, there is most likely someone there to help if you encounter any difficulties. I would like to thank Maica, Mary & Kalvin for helping me with my check-in and especially Mary who took out my laundry and placed it in my room when I was out. They went above and beyond and I can highly recommend this hotel.

It was quite small so would only be good for a solo traveller like myself - I couldn’t just fit my 1 checked luggage, 1 x carry on and a backpack.

Really clean apartment, incredible location, very quiet and friendly staff. Mary was extremely responsive, getting a reply almost immediately.

The entire staff (Maica, Mary, Nina) was very friendly. Mary, the Heritage Ambassador, whom I communicated with the most throughout my stay helped me with my checking in, checking out and also assisted in getting a cab for me to the airport. This is the first time I stayed in a Digital Aparthotel. Mary put me at ease and really impressed me with her helpfulness, exceptional customer service and a most pleasant attitude. That solidified my second stay at this place prior to returning home. Thank you.

Staff very polite, room small but has everything you need, has own washroom and shower. The area is very nice, just few steps from Chinatown and you can easy go to restaurants. I went as a solo girl travel and I felt secure in the hotel and area 💕

Perfect location close downtown on tube (MRT). The hotel was clean and comfortable, access to the spot and a room throug the application. We received immediatelly all answesrs to our questions via whatsapp. Excellent communication with Mary, Nina and Maica.

This was the perfect little spot for a few days in Singapore - great location which allowed easy access to China town, Duxton Hill, Ann Siang Hill, Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay and Tiong Bahru by foot, as well as a three minute walk to the MRT lines for easy access to the rest of the county. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen in unit, spacious enough living space / storage availability and free laundry (great perk!). The staff (specifically Maica, Mary & Nina) were readily available at all times and also able to give good advice about the city and what to do / how to get around.
