I enjoyed my stay at Heritage Collection. The room was cosy with a loft bed which I loved. Staff were helpful. Checking in and communication is mostly done online but this went smoothly. Location is very convenient right outside Chinatown station. I was worried it would be noisy facing Pagoda Steeet but I had a quiet room facing the back. Pagoda Street is very touristy so don’t forget to explore the back alleys!

There was a lack of communication when the fire alarm went off in the earliest hours of the morning. No one checked with all of us outside to see if everyone was evacuated. The bathroom door locked itself and the staff easily unlocked it. The lock needs replacing

The place was immaculate and fairly new. The location was in Chinatown and central to all sites, transport and walking. Nina was very quick to reply to our questions vis whatsapp. It was very quiet.

The place was near perfect but there is some room for improvement nonetheless: The app used to check-in / check-out - it was very unstable and kept crashing on my Android (Google Pixel) device. There was also a problem using the digital keys. Fortunately, we were provided a keycard to access out room. Water heater - it did not have enough capacity for our needs - also, it needed to be operated manually so it made it easy to forget to flip the switch. Perhaps some automation? :)

Perfect location - next to the subway station, around Chinatown restaurants. Subway (Downtown Line) has a direct connection to the airport (via airport train). Staff - extremely supportive and always available via WhatsApp Good soundproofing - despite staying next to a busy street, it was very quiet Wifi - fast and reliable Very efficient AC

A very good location in the China town. One minute from the MRT. The whole staff Maica, Nica, Mary & Nina are very nice and helpful. Although this is a digital hotel without a reception Nina was on our disposal every day. The room was a little small but completely enough. Despite the warning that it might be noisy, nothing was heard in the room.

I struggled using my phone as a key, but we think that was probably due to my phone's case.

We loved how compact and quirky it was. Also the location was excellent, right in the heart of Chinatown, but it was still so quiet in the room. We would happily stay here again.

Great greeting from Nina, Maica and Mary both on WhatsApp to keep us informed and in person on arrival. Hotel location is perfect (middle of Chinatown, less than 30s from entrance to MRT). Room was compact but well laid out with good storage and comfortable mezzanine bed.

Great location. Great support. Good value for price. I have been warned. Very narrow and steep stairs. No elevator. But this is what you will accept for the marvellous location. The staff was also very helpful with the luggage.

The stairs were steep carrying our bags up but I have a strong husband 😂 A charging point for our phone would have been useful and an extension cord to plug iron in as I set the board up near the front door and the iron cord didn’t reach

The location 80 m from MRT station meant we travelled around Singapore easily and cheaply. The communication about entry to the hotel and our room were clear and easy to follow with downloading the app. Having microwave, jug for tea, iron and ironing board meant we had all our needs met. Though the space was small the tariff was great value for money and the bathroom was an excellent size for two

It is not always possible to use your phone to enter the room. My phone wouldn't work even though I did everything by the book. They had left the keys in a safe outside the building... it would have been easier to have the locker inside the building. But assistance was prompt and kind. I missed a bit the human touch.

The idea of a digital hotel is super cool. The communication before the arrival was good, but there is a lot to read and you need to pay attention to all details in order to have a smooth check-in. The location was super and the area is super safe even if there are many many people all the long. The room was small but organised in a smart way. The room was really quiet. The assinstance by whatsapp trough the tablet in the facility was super fast and usefull.

Self check-in was a little convoluted. That app didn't work when it came time to scan my documents; but when it finally did work, there was nothing left to complain about.

Location was great, right in the middle of Chinatown and near the MRT. Staff was very responsive on WhatsApp.

This is a preference issue but the aircon position/settings made it so that the cold air would blow directly at the feet or head of the bed - both of which may be uncomfortable for longer periods of time. Even trying to shift the flap via the remote control didn’t quite fix the issue.

The room was super clean and the team who assisted us (Maica, Mary & Nina) were really quick at answering all enquiries and overall just very helpful. Great service from the team (thank you ladies!) and exceptional location.

The rooms are very small, they make this clear when booking but just be sure you understand. Small rooms is common in Singapore.

The check in and check out was easy. The team are very responsive over WhatsApp. The room, while small, was clean and practically designed to maximize space. The location is great, right outside the front door lots of shops and restaurants.

Checking in time which was 3.00pm was not comfortable to me. It would be better if the hotel can change their checking in and out times to 2.00pm and 12 noon, respectively.

The location was perfect, next to the Chinatown MRT station. There are plenty of options for food around. If you want to visit any of the famous places, they are only few stations away.

Excellent location - literally a few steps from the Chinatown MRT Station. Great Indian/Mexican food and cold drinks outside the front door! Offered bag storage on the day we left. We couldn’t be happier.

The room was very small but that is common in Singapore.

The location could not have been better. 10 metres from China Town MRT station and right in the heart of everything. It was quiet at night still though. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was the best we had while travelling around Asia. Maica, Mary and Nina were all very helpful too.

Nothing major. Internet dropped out a fair bit when trying to use the TV. There was a slight beeping noise in my room but they ended up giving me ear phones to help dull the noise down.

Right my Chinatown MRT, as in two minutes walk. I was apprehensive about the digital check-in as didn't have internet but it was super smooth. Door code worked, internet worked and I was able to leave my bags prior to checking in. Exceptionally clean and a lovely housekeeper. Comfortable bed, TV, fantastic air con haha. Kettle, fridge, microwave, window that opens a tiny bit. Cutlery and body wash and towels all provided.
