The breakfast buffet was a bit scarce (you had to be lucky to get some fresh fruits). Also, some local Singapore dishes would have been nice to have. The "no food and drinks by the pool" policy is a bit too restrictive. It would have been nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine or juice by the pool.

The rooms were cleaned daily, and everything was sparkling. The amenities and facilities were very handy (washing machine, oven, hob, coffee machine). The location is very good, within walking distance to Havelock MRT station and right near the Singapore River promenade. All in all, a very nice place!

Pool was nice but drinking something near pool is forbidden.

We like the location, service and food. Breakfast and complimentary drinks and snacks was tasty. Our room was well decorated with all necessary equipment, even with a washing machine.

The price of the hotel was in line with the average price in the center of Singapore. Appealed by the good reviews and the additional offer, modestly defined as appetizers and complimentary drinks during "happy hour". In fact, it is a choice of small but sufficient and very elegant dinners and an unlimited free choice bar. Coffee, drinks and light snacks available 24 hours. Now about the staff. Rushing ahead, our highest compliments and thanks. We arrived at 10:30, - so well before check-in time. But we were offered to take a shower and use the pool. They even offered to store our luggage while our rooms were prepared. Although the rooms were officially available only from 15:00, they were prepared for us already at 12:00!! We stayed for 5 nights. Top notch service all the time! The hotel is small. Even though it was fully booked, I didn't feel the presence of the other guests. It is pleasantly different from the big hotels. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in a quiet place by the Singapore River. However, it is easily accessible by taxi and even by subway. Many attractions within walking distance. I will definitely come back to this hotel if I ever come back to Singapore. And I will definitely try to stay in hotels of the Frazer chain in other countries. Sincere thanks to the hotel team for the elegant service and humane treatment during our stay!

Not quite sure why there’s a minimum 6 days stay was implemented. I hope the management change the booking terms.

The club lounge offers good variety of drinks and bites. The room was comfortable and very private. I love the open space in the lobby. Definitely will stay again.

Excellent range of food for breakfast with daily variations. Excellent happy hour with good range of food and drinks. Excellent location; about 200m from Havelock MRT and alongside the promenade along the Singapore River.

Were put-off by some guests were loud & ill-mannered & I hope this would not tarnished the image of the apartment-hotel of being chic in my opinion. Some guests they just do not comprehend the concept of buffet & was surprised how they scooped food & drinks like there is no tomorrow just because its free. Some guest were noisy at pool at night. Rooms should have hooks or areas to hang towels. Power sockets were not at practical areas.

Quiet, when we came, other guests are of above-average group. We were impressed how chic the apartment is even though our room was smaller than most hotels. The staff were friendly & professionals.

Amazing room, very modern, and with all the amenities you could ever need: smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, small kitchenette with all utensils, washer/dryer machine, filtered water, fridge, Dyson hair dryer, wireless phone charger, rain head shower, and so on... Other facilities were also great, nice swimming pool and modern gym. Breakfast and evening snacks were good and plenty enough. It is also in walking distance to a metro station.

Storage in the rooms quite limited, payment was very unclear and messy and didt match the numbers in the booking app (daily changes)
