Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe location, I wouldnt stay in Orchard area again, not as convenient as other spots. The pool and rooms will need to be renovated soon.
The rooms are okay, the hotel is certainly showing its age but the rest of the facilities are very up to date and beautiful. The lounges are top notch. The pools and lobby could do with an upgrade. The service would keep you coming back. They best service we have ever experienced.

United KingdomThe prices for drinks are very high, I guess what you expect at a Four Seasons in Singapore but you can't help feeling they are ripping people off because they can get away with it.
The rooms were lovely as you would expect from a Four Seasons. We had a family room and it was very spacious and well equipped, the cleaning and turndown service were excellent. The two pools are nice with good quality loungers. The gym is the best hotel gym I have used anyway in the world, it is outstanding. The staff at the hotel are exceptional, on arrival my daughter received not one but two cakes and balloons in our room for her 13th birthday which was very nice and lovely surprise. In terms of location, the hotel is on a quiet street 200 metres from a metro entrance and only 400 metres from several malls. Overall a very good hotel.

LatviaVery good location - not far from the city center, all places in Singapore are accessible by metro (the Orchard metro station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel). Nice, sunny and wide room. Breakfast was simply amazing. We really enjoyed the offer of executive lounge on the 3rd floor with calm place for work and snacks and drinks during the day. Highly professional staff. Thanks for everything, we felt like at home.

RussiaCleaning twice a day, spacious room, presence of both a bath and a shower, beautiful interior of the hotel in the lobby, elevators, corridors. The Nobu restaurant on site was amazing, one of the best restaurants in the world and the best I've been to in my life. I would also like to note the low prices for hotel accommodation, compared to other Four Seasons hotels.
