Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Amazing hotel - the staff make it exceptional! First time I actually didn’t want to leave the hotel room. From the early check-in to the service at breakfast everything was exceptional. I don’t have the name of the lady who cleaned our room but she left it spotless every time. Even told them at check out how amazing she was. Location was the perfect area for us. Walking distance to Marina area but also have access to 2 malls with a huge range of food and coffee options. Would definitely come back and stay here again!

United KingdomWe were treated like royalty, from the second our taxi pulled up and we were greeted by Kai and the porters. Excellent food and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Kai was exceptional and told us all about the area and facilities. The best Hawker centre which was Maxwell centre in China town. Food and drink very reasonable and great quality. If we ever return to Singapore we will definitely stay here again. Jr was also great but to be fair every single member of staff was amazing 👏 . The MRT underground station is just round the corner and perfect for getting around. Hotel in great location to walk to all the sights. Or hop on MRT. I have never felt safer in a city. So clean and everything in the city runs like clockwork. You will blown away by Singapore.

AustraliaI feel that the women's bathrobe in the bedroom was far too heavy and did not fit which was a nuisance. Also when it was raining it would have been great to watch a movie on tv but they were so out of date it was unbelievable. I think that area could definitely be improved especially when you look at the price of the room.
We were on level 31 and used the club lounge all the time. It was great. Enjoyed the breakfast, afternoon and tea and drinks and canapes in the evening. Well done. Room was large and bed very comfortable.
