Did not know they were renovating when booking the hotel, staff need place to store luggage of guest waiting to check in or have checked out - more secure + looks more professional + easier for staff to manage

Current renovations make things a little more difficult if you have heavy luggage. Rooms are smaller then photos suggest.

Super location. Beds are good .... pillows not so. But we manage to talk to staff and we did get better replacement pillows. Bathroom was large and we could keep our large suitcases there. Plenty of breakfast options just around a corner.

Singapore, it’s air conditionings and roads are noisy… I always slept with ear plugs.

Rooms are small, even after being upgraded. Getting in and out of bed cumbersome as the king size bed is stacked against the wall due to room size. There is no bedside lamp and no night light. Luckily there was a portable torch to provide some light source at night. Shower cubicle is small and water spills out to whole bathroom. Wash basin is located in the bedroom is small and vanity area confined.

Staff friendliness. We were upgraded since our room booked wasn't ready yet even though we arrived at 1pm. Front desk staff went out of her way to recommend attractions and food recommendations. Housekeeping is responsive to requests. Location is convenient for food and public transport.

someone is writing that the rooms are small, yes they are small, but still own room with enough space for sleep going to the bathroom and keep ur luggage safe

I liked that for the price they offer the room (around 90$) all the other offers are much worse. I didn't want to sleep in a room without windows or in a capsule hotel and this was the only offer below 100$

Small, compact, cramped room Expensive relative to Malaysia but this is Singapore, expensively comparable to NY. Undergoing some renovation but not noticeable as I am out during daytime.

Clean, affordable hotel Very compact, small room, functional but tight especially for 2 people. Did not have kitchen like other Lyf hotel in Kl. No drinking water dispenser but there is a water filter in room. Location is great, close to everything.

The room was bit small, but definitely not horribly small. The air conditioning was really strong, so my room was either too cold or too hot. And the shower didn’t have curtains so when I used it then there was water everywhere in the bathroom

I was in a center and very close to all the touristy places. Also as a vegetarian there was many vegetarian restaurants right across the street. I had a room with amazing views of the downtown.

The reception is dark with rarely any seating area. It is also quite small and the belongings of the guests are placed all over the place since they don’t have much space. The rooms are also small and the one that we got was bright all throughout the night because none of the switches worked, which meant we couldn’t turn off the lights. You also couldn’t use the shower without getting the entire floor wet.

This hotel is centrally located and very near main tourist sites. There’s an MTR just a few minutes away and a bus stop within walking distance. The room, however, is quite small although very well planned in terms of storage and configuration. The bathroom is small with the sink placed outside, and while this is ergonomical and strategic, the shower is an entirely different story. You couldn’t use it without the entire bathroom getting wet, and they don’t clean the room not unless you’re staying for more than 3 days. The reception is very dark but the staffs are accommodating and friendly. Will consider staying here again.

The room was not what i expect it, It was so small to think that it was already upgraded and the bed was not even cleaned if you were to check under the bed sheet there’s a lot of hair it seems they are not cleaning it. A decent pen they can’t provide.

It’s near to shopping center and places to eat. And specifically to tourist attractions easy to get into, The area accessible by train.

The facilities were rather lacking and there was free coffee but no tea :( My room didn't have a shower curtain and I had to ask the staff for one (someone was sent up very quickly to affix it)

The staff were definitely the best thing about the stay! Warm, friendly and kind. When asked for food recommendations, they were able to give me a full break down of the surrounding area. Wonderful! The kettle was a digital one that I didn't know how to use, but I called up reception and they very patiently explained it to me without judgement. Thank you :) Location was very central, extremely close to Bencoolen station, and lots of bus stops all around!
