“The staff is wonderful. The location with view on the volcanoes is great. We didn't come for the gorilla trekking, but we heard that the location is perfect as the hotel is near to the park entry. Gloria helped us find a tour guide to visit the Twin Lakes. We very much appreciated her support.
During our last night, a dance and music group performed for us around a camp fire, it was amazing. The bungalow had 100% privacy and even included a fireplace. It was very cozy and we would come back to this hotel.”

“After travelling in Rwanda for 10 days this was definitely the favourite place we stayed. The staff/personnel was super friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and also really clean, as was the bathroom.
The breakfast they serve is amazing! So much variety, great products and the coffee was also very good. Other then the breakfast they serve a 3 course dinner daily (not included in price), which we had for all the days we stayed here. Was amazing aswell!
Furthermore there was private parking, they cleaned our shoes after hiking/trekking and they even washed our car (for a small fee).
