“Fresh world hotel, where do I even start? This was one of the four hotels I stayed in while I was in Uganda and hands down theee absolute best! Although it is a new establishment and some things were still being set up, the customer service and hospitality were out of this world!
The rooms are very spacious and they are furnished with all the essentials you would need (even for extended stays!). As I mentioned above, some things were still being set up so they unfortunately didn’t have WiFi. The environment is quiet, finished with beautiful and relaxing landscape (I regret not taking more pictures).
Everyone I encountered there was welcoming, friendly and always willing to help, but I was mostly in contact with Helen, Monica and Violet. These ladies ensured that I was well taken care of while I was there, from having a clean room, nutritious and delicious breakfast to handling every request I made— they were absolute gems! I have no complaints and can’t say enough good about the hospitality I received.
They always go above and beyond for their guests! I initially booked for a week but extended my stay for the entire month I was in Lira. I will certainly be coming back. One of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Well done, Fresh World, keep up the excellent work!”
