  “Beechum and his staff were very helpful at reception when I needed to extend my checkout time due to illness. Tintoshan (not sure of spelling - manager at dining area , Kevin and Vaishen (not sure of spelling) were exceptional but other staff at staff that were cleaning rooms were also courteous and helpful.”
