The host Paulo was very friendly. He messaged us on the date of arrival to confirm our arrival time and meet us at the entrance of the property. The whole check in process was smooth and clear, all the questions were answered and explained.

Beautiful apartment, with great facilities. Awesome location. Hosts were communicative, contacting us before arrival to ensure we had details for key pick up, checked to ensure safe/easy arrival and offered commendations for restaurants. Note: we had (arguably) the best room! (Studio rooftop) but it did require us to walk up the stairs. No problem, if you’re ok with stairs.

You can hear people walking in the above apartment, which can be annoying especially late at night when you’re trying to sleep.

The apartment has been renovated and looks absolutely lovely. You are provided with everything. Close to plenty of shops, restaurants and public transport. The park is close by, too. Paolo, the property manager, was very responsive and helpful - he came to my rescue when the Bolt car driver cancelled my fare after 20 minutes of waiting (it was also pouring with rain). If he had not called his taxi buddy I would’ve missed my Flix bus to Nazare for sure.

There was mould in the shower, the bedding had couple stains.

The staff is lovely and very helpful and accommodating . For no extra cost they put us in a bigger apartment which was better for our group at the end. Overall it is clean and very pretty inside

It was a cold night and while there was heating, I think some slightly thicker or extra blankets would have been good.

Location was great, it was a 15 min walk from the metro station that we go straight from the airport. Great restaurants and cafes nearby.

There’s no loft and we were on the 4th floor. Worth checking what floor you’re on, especially if you have any health issues.

I wish the apartment had an elevator. We were travelling with some big suitcases, and an elevator would have been really helpful. But Paulo helped us out with the luggage as well. And maybe the 2 bedroom apartment could have another bathroom.

The apartment is well-lit, designed well, clean and spacious with all modern amenities. The property was located next to a bus stop, and at a walking distance from most of the historic points of interest (within 15-20 mins of walking). There’s a place about 6 mins walking where you can get taxis. Paulo, the one taking care of the property, was very helpful and took care of all our needs. He even gave us really good recommendations of nearby authentic restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping areas.

We would have liked a mirror in the small bathroom. Also there was a step in the middle of the apartment that I tripped over so many times (plus one at the door) that could have been turned into a ramp maybe? There is nowhere onsite to store bags after checkout but Paolo told us about a shop nearby that would do it.

Loved the location, really near lots of bars and restaurants and shopping area 5mins walk away. Paolo was very friendly and met us at the apartments as arranged. He also gave us tips on where to go nearby. The apartment was bright and comfortable. Loved having a washing machine and fridge as we were there for 6 days. Plus having 2 toilets between 3 people was good. Would definitely go back and recommend.

Not suitable for Handicap people, because of no elevator. Although I highly recomend the apartment and will definitely rent it on future visits.
