We wished there was a general type store that might carry incidentals that may be needed without having to leave the property. Ex. postcards, aspirin, snacks, books. We also wish there had been a more comfortable lounging chair in the room.

The facility was great and the staff was amazing! The food was also amazing. We enjoyed the pools, dining, drinks, beach, and sunset boat ride.

Beach is eroding and the natural shifting of the barrier islands has reduced the water and beach quality of the entire coastline.

We arrived around 11:45pm, exhausted by the flight and the driving. I tried to reach many times reception to make sure there will be someone to welcome us. Someone was there but no help was offered with our luggage or at least to show us to our room.

very peaceful place. Beautiful and very well kept gardens. Personnel extremely attentive and friendly. It’s worth every penny you can spend for a splendid vacation. Michael Miranda, Nelson, Luis at the restaurant facilities made every meal special. I’m looking forward to revisit the paradise this is.

restaurant Alexandra food was not good overpriced and not cooked properly. ambiance was severely lacking and staff knowledge of menu and what items are was non existent. we were told that there were no available reservations then told they could squeeze us in but while there for over two hours to eat there were over 5 completely empty tables that were never even used. New Year’s Eve party was very nice but overpriced for what was provided. $200 per person and then forced to buy bottle service for drinks and after bottle buy were again charged for mixers? could use more accces to boating since swimming at this resort is not very good.

las Palmas staff was great. bar staff typically friendly but severely understaffed and ran out of a lot of stuff daily. pools were great, spa was good. water sports crew was nice New Year’s Eve party was nice.

adjoining door (which we didn’t want) was like paper so we heard everything from the room next door. food is a bit overpriced. never sure if the pool bar and snack bar were going to be open or not. beach is pretty but not nice to swim in

lovely location, good size rooms cleaned well, nice products in the bathroom. pools are gorgeous. Staff are super friendly and the cocktails are delicious!

The people on the room next door were loud and obnoxious at night when they got back to their rooms after drinking. Not really the resort's fault.

I'm from Puerto Rico, but when I got there I felt like I was away traveling. It was the perfect relaxing vacation spot. Beautiful scenery, very nice staff and service, safe, clean. Family oriented, though I went alone and never felt awkard either.

Over Priced. Could not shortened reservation time. If you need to check out early for a any reason, they charged the whole reservation time. Main restaurant was never opened in a week.

Everything was AMAZING!

Overall food, beverage service and facility were exceptional. Michael Miranda, Ramon and Carol who work at the restaurant went bound the call of service. They did amazing and my wife and I were inspired with how they accommodated our needs. They did EXCELLENT!!!

the black birds were relentless, the mosquitoes and the flies were very annoying . too far away from everything. the taxi service cost was way too expensive
