The design for Presidential Suite can be made better. The space was not utilized to the fullest. The openess of the main sleeping area should be kept separately to allow privacy to the guest at time of having guest. Open kitchen could be even possible, minibar can be added and the layout causes confusion of which room is more priority. As well as the wall mounted WC can be adjusted lower. Hand shower should be added.

Initially I was in a room next to the kitchen area and there was noise when staff would be in that area ..

They advertised complimentary buffet breakfast on booking.com but in the morning, the small cute cafe was serving ala carte only...and staff was confused when I asked them why didn't they set up buffet.... they just replied they'll set it up tomorrow...lol One suggestion to please place qibla direction in room.

Nice cute place...its newly built...very nice interior with subtle lighting and serene place. Rooms are clean...washrooms clean and equipped with all items that you can find in a 5 star hotel. Place smells nice too. Location is excellent... F6 market is right across and you can just walk over...all other markets are nearby as well. Staff was nice and welcoming...we got welcome blue drinks on arrival which was nice. The place overall is very peaceful and cosy.

Excellent staff very cooperative from the time you enter the property. Rooms are boogie and comfortable. Excellent facilities otherwise Suitable for family/couples I have stayed in Ramada Islamabad. In comparison I would always visit Villa Vista, it's more value for money and the staff actually hosts you like a guest who's paying a good chunk of money

There should be baggage stand in the room for luggage.

The ambiance is really look and the color scheme through of the accommodation premises is very synthetic. The amenities are fully available as per the request and staff is overall very professional to assist.

I didn’t like they didn’t have buffet breakfast. Usually they do but since occupancy was low they didn’t have buffet.

We did stay at Villa Vista in October last year, and missed a few things then like breakfast buffet, roomservice, hairdryer and «please make up my room/do not disturb» signs. All these things was available at our stay this time, and the service is still on top! We love this hotel and will come again and again, when visiting Islamabad in the future.

Washroom vanity is not properly designed, water would get into the drawers.

Location is top notch, very accessible. Staff is extremely friendly. They greeted us with complimentary room decor Room service was very quick. Overall services, ambiance and cleanliness was very good.

All people of the staff was very kind. The room, the bathroom, the bed, the breakfast was excellent. The structure was new and beautiful. Position near to many restaurant, shops, etc. Easy to walk around.
