How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

location a bit deserted but 100 % safe please
It's an excellent and very calm family residence. The staff and other procedures are of international standards. no hidden charges. very economical as per standard. kids' friendly environment. photos shown of the facilities are100% authentic. you can get very delicious and fresh and even on demand type breakfast on a good price.

Well just at the check in I have to justify and convince the management that I have booked the room with breakfast included though booking.com ,initially they said it was a booking error ,but eventually they accepted and I appreciate the management for the cooperation .

First off i have to say it was an absolute beautiful Hotel! For that price you won't be able to find something better in Islamabad. The host was really friendly and helpful and the rooms was clean with all the necessary equipment to have a comfortable stay! We really enjoyed our stay during Ramadan and i definitly would suggest this to Families who love some homefeeling far away from home.

Location is a bit secluded.
The apartment was big enough for two people and it had all the facilities. Kitchenet with all the utensils. Water dispenser with full water bottle. It was very clean. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The room service was excellent and very nice staff.

When I booked I didn't realize how far outside of Islamabad the hotel was so that was slightly inconvenient, but with the price and facilities the drive into the city was worth it each day.
Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of hot and cool foods. Cooks made omelets to order! The beds were extremely comfortable and the apartments were spacious and modern. Everything we needed to cook was provided and the hotel offered a small menu. We were allowed to stay and have a late check out since our flight left in the evening which was perfect. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!

The management of the property is quite progressive. They keep on updating the property. Again, they have made many improvements to accommodate their guests. Really loved my stay here.

Neighborhood is a bit isolated. We wanted to be close to the airport so not much of a problem for us, but something to keep in mind. Some issue with the flush of the toilet but again could be worked around.

The wifi worked well, but we were not able to visit our work related sites. That was however due to our company´s security settings. We had warm water but the pressure in the other shower was poor. The location is a bit closer to the airport than the city center and at the moment the neighborhood isn´t very inviting due to many construction works. We had a balcony but there were no chairs or table and the space was basically taken by two air source heat pumps which by the way worked efficiently.
We had a spacious 2 BR apt with all the basics we needed. Breakfast was nice with an option for an omelette and local dishes. Early check in at 9am was available for 50% night charge which was highly appreciated after long red eye flights. In the very same building there is a store where you can buy water, snacks and other necessities. 24h reception with surveillance gave a secured feeling. The staff at the reception was exceptional - special thanks to Zaid, who arranged us a car with a skilled driver and we could make excursions in and around Islamabad for a very good price. It was also possible to order food through the reception from a nearby restaurant. The airport transfers were included in the room rate and they worked very well.
