There was nothing to dislike, everything was upto the mark in a budget friendly hotel.

It was definitely a good experience, a budget friendly hotel with good welcoming staff. They greeted with smile and were ready to assist with any request. Check in was a breeze. The location is perfect in the heart of DHA.

There was a disgusting smell of sewage from outside that came into the room. It was so bad we both threw up. We had to get air freshener from the cleaners to combat it, but on the last morning we both woke up super early due to the smell. Internet is fast when you can connect, but it disconnects too often. On the last night there seemed to be a nightclub next door or even in the building and the bass from the music shook the beds and went on late into the night.

Good shower, free breakfast was ok. Staff very friendly especially Joseph. The room was a decent size. It was pretty quiet for 2 nights, one night it wasn't so quiet. Armed guard outside was friendly.

A few basic things such as toiletries, communication about breakfast times etc were missing, other than that it was great.

Everything was good, staff was also cooperative, the hotel matched its description, true value for money.

The staff at the reception is rude and really not well mannered. Very cold service. The location and decor downstairs coupled with this service probably made it seem worse and shady. After checking in I realized I could barely breathe without coughing and that's because my room was a smoking room and stank of cigarettes. I had no idea this would happen or there was even an option to choose otherwise. The water in the bathroom stank of sewage. If I had stayed for longer, I would have asked for a different room or complained and dealt with the poor staff attitude. For a day's stay, I just tolerated it.

They offer bedroom slippers, which is nice. Room was spacious. Pillows were comfortable. But bedding was a little warn with smoke burns.

Really unclean room. Found a cockroach on my pillow in the middle of the night. Their was construction going on next to the hotel at 3:30 am at night onwards till 5 am that caused the whole room to shake. Just an utterly horrible experience. All the positive reviews calling this hotel clean and nice must be fake. I have pimples on my back and sides from sleeping there just one night. I wouldnt stay here if it was free.

The online pictures make it look better but it is just an average hotel, and surely doesn't justify the value for money. I have stayed in much better properties and spent way less than this. I could have got breakfast, pick and drop from airport and better in-house facilities in the same amount somewhere else. I am glad, I booked it for one night only, just because it was my first time there, and moved to another hotel the second day.

They asked me to pay additional 2.5% at the time of check in because i was paying through card. Please note, they didn't mentioned this 2.5% FED on website. Secondly, condition of elevator is aslo not good.

Wifi is little bit slow. Need to replace simple LCD's with android LED's Or at least provide android box with simple LCD instead of Mirasact devices which is useless..
