We stayed in nishat on there New block. I must say, the front office team left an indelible mark with their exceptional service. The check-in and check out were flawless. The room was cleaned and sanatized. I would like to thanks to the front off house team, Mr. ALI SHAHBAZ FRONT office manager for his incredible services, Highly recommended for business travellers.

Beautiful hotel, lovely aesthetic. Incredible spacious bathrooms with powerful rainforest showers. Great breakfast variety. Staff go above and beyond especially Qasim the porter.

Night time receptionist - Rude Bathroom looked a bit old - something you would typically find in a motel. Shampoos were finished. Mirror was dirty

Exceptional Service and brilliant hotel. Attended in Sept 2023, have previously visited a few years ago and was pleased that the service, staff and facilities were just as before if not better. A sign of a good Hotel is the retention of staff and was great to see most were still there and their passion for service, politeness and professionalism was shining through. Sabir Hussain front of house manager was exceptional assisting with specific requests for me and a client, as above all the staff from the airport transfer driver, Concierge , porters and reception are a testament to a well run A1 quality hotel chain. Nishat command structure should be proud of this team. The room was pristine , cleaned and well stocked with all amenities for a business traveler. Room service quick and quality amazing. centrally located with internationally branded restaurants stores nearby, 25 mins from airport. I look forward to my return within a month to Lahore and I will definitely select NISHAT at Gulberg- Shahid Qureshi UK

The breakfast was great. The buffet breakfast is not too big but the taste of all the food was delicious. I have had breakfast in a lot of other hotels but the quality of the food and the taste at this hotel beats them all. There was traditional Pakistani food and also Western foods. Each item of food we put into our mouth and we would look at each other in amazement that how can the food be this good. A special mention must be made to all the staff from outside the hotel all the way to the inside, they are so respectful and polite. They are very cooperative and understanding.
