It is very well located. Central to the city. The staff, particularly Hamza at reception was really nice and cooperative. Moreover, the VIP room I availed was very clean and spacious. I find it much better place in this value at Karachi

Swisstel is nice economical option in Karachi, next to sea view and Dolmen mall. Rooms were nice and pillows were comfy. Most importantly the street is quite silent and you do not hear any traffic or people out side.

But after we told the front desk, they were able to accommodate us and give us a better room which made our trip great! Thank you!
We had a wonderful stay. The staff at this place were super helpful and nice. I hope they all get a bonus for all their hard work and professionalism!!

Location is very convenient and 5 mins walk from Dolmen Mall Clifton. It's a nice & comfortable place. The staff is very courteous and helpful. They deserve the applause.
