My room was opened by housekeeping to make up my room without my permission and in my absence. That was highly unprofessional and unethical. O felt very unsafe after that. Stadf admitted that it was a housekeeping guy's mistake. He took my room number for some other and they all apologized for this thing. The manager assured me that strict action will be taken. Still this was the worst that happened.

The ambiance and environment was great. It was 4 minutes away from mall road but it was still very peaceful and soothing. I loved my stay there except the blunder by housekeeping.

The place certainly needs infrastructure upgrade in almost all areas.

Nice peaceful place which is situated near Murree. Location is great for those who wants to stay in nature and away from city. The place is big with lots of greenery.

Bed Mattresses - the mattress was clean and good, but it could be more comfortable. Breakfast Variety - the quality of food was good, but a little more variety in breakfast would be great (maybe add your awesome Aaloo Parathas to the menu :D )

Great Location - it was secluded from rest of Murree and peaceful. Nice View - room had a great view of the valley below. Friendly Staff - everyone at the establishment dealt with us very professionally.

The washrooms had old fixtures and was giving quite a dated feel Even room some features seem old but were quite clean. Play area needs maintenance

Location is ideal for families away from all commotion. Restaurant is quite good with ample parking. Staff is amazingly responsive for any request.

Location is great. Room was well lit, with clean sheets and spacious. Washroom had constant flow of hot water. Power backup generators takes 5 secs to switch on. Internet speed was great. This property is located in a very peaceful location.

Only one thing. It was the mattress which was very ortho friendly but I am used to a softer mattress so could have had a softer mattress

Narrow Corridors. Food could’ve been better.

Mall road is 5 min drive away, yet this place is so peaceful.

On arriving at location we figured out that there was no power available at the property. On asking they informed me that worker are working on it and soon we will get the power back. We spent whole night without power and hot water due to no proper backup setup. Really disappointed from the non professional behaviour of the staff. It was my long awaited trip with my family which was ruined by the inexpert attitude of the staff.

Location was quiet calm and far away from noisy and busy life.

Room was not clean. Staff behaviour was very rude. There was bugs in our room, we call room service to provide us mosquitos or bug repellent and change our sheets. Otherwise change our room. They said there is no room service in night. They just give us sheet and we changed it our self. Washroom was untidy and door was broken. Price is very expensive its not worth it

Saffron restaurants food was very delicious and staff behaviour was very friendly. Mall road was on 18 minute walking distance.
