At my checkout the reception staff was not bothered about me they kept on saying go to the other counter for the longest time and a bit of attitude.

The booked transport to take us from airport to hotel didn’t turn up and the car plus driver we hired on our first day through the concierge overcharged us.

The facilities are very good. The breakfast is good, the high tea and buffet dinner are excellent. But the best thing is the brilliant Mr Khurram the duty manager who is very helpful.

You could easily hurt yourself in the pool as there were some sharp edges.

The security was second to none in our whole stay in Pakistan. Would recommend this place highly if ever looking for somewhere safe, clean, and value for money, if ever in Lahore.

We were told we were upgraded but the bed did not feel like queen size, definitely not king size, my feet were completely hanging off the bed, I am only 6ft. The aircon got too cold at one point at night that it was too cold to sleep, and increasing the temperature it did not get warmer in the room. Bathtub jets did not work. Laundry service was very expensive. For a 5 star hotel the TV should be better, with screen mirroring or screen cast options. The room did not have a view, window was completely frosted. The hotel often had different smells sometimes very strong odours in main areas, and parts of the hotel were different temperatures that it didn't feel normal walking through. All in all it was a great stay well worth it, but with some necessary room for improvement. For an airport hotel it should be quick and painless to refund the deposit with the card used to pay, instead I was first offered a large sum of cash in PKR which I could not use as I was leaving Pakistan, and so I was told it would take several weeks for the refund to process.

The price of the stay was good value for money. The room was spacious and clean, the bed and bedding were clean and very comfy although the length was too short for me, the shower was hot and excellent, the food and buffet selections were great, fresh and tasty, especially enjoyed the before dawn breakfast buffet. Room service, menu, food and price and delivery was superb. Very enjoyable spa experience, the swimming pool area was quite relaxing. The hotel was quiet, rooms were well acoustically insulated, and furnished. The hotel staff were nice and helpful and the laundry service although very expensive was prompt. Concierge services and the airport shuttle was a bonus service which made the stay extra worth it. I would visit again if I am in the area.

Only Problem with Room was my Mobile Network was not working and the internet was too slow,

The service needs some serious improvement, otherwise, the hotel will lose a lot of customers. It is, in my judgement, absolutely understaffed. I really hope they will look into this & not ignore this issue.

The hotel is a good location if you are looking to near the airport, if you need to travel to the centre of town you are a little further out. Naveria at guest relations and the team at the hotel were extremely helpful, the facilities at the hotel were exceptional

Staff at reception kept me waiting for long time, require extra staff at reception. Room lock was broken and hanging, hard to lock the door. Wrinkled bed sheets and different pillow covers, 2 complimentary water bottles were opened and used, shower drain was blocked, water was not hot enough for shower.

Perfect location, ambience, cleanliness, friendly staff, breakfast, overall everything was perfect.
