We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

QatarI would say that the bathrooms could do with a little bit of updating and the air conditioning can be a bit loud. Also, it's very expensive which makes it popular with westerners rather than locals which is a bit sad. Also, they are very exploitative with their mini bar which is unfortunate, but this is the case with many hotels.
The breakfast was amazing - so much choice and as it's a buffet they don't allow you to go hungry. You can eat to your heart's delight. The interiors of the bedroom were tasteful and made the stay memorable. Having fresh mangoes was a nice touch and the TV was high quality. I woke every morning to live traditional music which was a real treat and made my stay in Lahore memorable. I think this review would not be complete without mentioning Baba Pakistani - a true personality and a generous and wonderful soul. He's a mountain of a man at over 7 feet in height and is part of the security team. He's a gentle giant and makes everyone feel welcome and safe. The security at the hotel is also very good in general which is important in Pakistan.

Pakistani personally think the rooms are super outdated and can be refreshed. the washroom accessories were old and really don’t give you the comfort that you get with the amount you are paying.
i really enjoyed my stay at PC lahore! the breakfast is amazing and the location is ideal as well. overall the staff is professional and everything is available at the property which makes the stay a lot more fun.

United StatesAt first, we were put into two rooms that we did not think met the standards of a 5-star hotel. We had trouble communicating our issues via phone, but Ali at the front desk was very helpful when I went downstairs personally to complain about the situation.
Although we had trouble with our room, at first, Ali at the front desk helped us to find a room to our liking. He even went upstairs with me personally to make sure I was satisfied. Overall, the vibe is great and the staff is very friendly.

United Arab EmiratesWe got a room that had a faulty electronic lock. Room was changed after raising the matter to hotel staff very quickly. My parents suffered last night because of noisy children next to our room running in corridors, banging doors and ringing bells all night long. We complained to Hotel staff but no action was taken.
Food, room service, staff friendliness, cleanliness and overall hotel presentation and ambience was fantastic.

United KingdomBreakfast was very unorganised. We were given a table and I sat to have my juice, when left to get my food two men came and started eating on my table. A table for 5!! My family stood with our plates of food waiting for another table! After which we ended up eating separately because they didn’t have any big tables left. Then I waited 20 minutes for tea which was cold. Hot tea never arrived I got up three times to ask for it. Finally leaving without. I always stay here when I am in Lahore however next time maybe not.
The young man at front desk the evening of my stay was very accommodating and polite and professional. He made sure to arrange the rooms well as we had two rooms and they were very far apart.

United StatesThe check-in process and location was not very clear. I had waiting about 30 minutes in line to check in on one side of the checkin area before I realized I could walk to the other side with no line to check in… i have no idea why 20+ people were waiting on one side to check in while the other side had no line. The shower door in our room did not close all the way leading to lots of water leakage outside of the shower. The toilet seat was not securely fastened to the toilet bowl leading to movement upon seating. The mattress felt overly soft and duvet too heavy for our comfort. The phone provided in the room felt sticky to the touch and did not appear to have been cleaned in quite some time. The light switches that controlled the room were only available at the front of the room next to the door, meaning you had to walk all the way to the front of the room to turn off the lights, then walk back to the bed in the dark…very odd design choice.
The service and staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. The services provided in the hotel were convenient and easy to navigate.

United KingdomThe bed rooms need upgrades. the mattresses were very uncomfortable, seemed old . The bathrooms were clean but not finished to the standard. only one towel for two people. The toilet rolls and toiletries were not replaced . The dining room ( Marco Polo) for breakfast has far less capacity than the guest staying. It is a very busy place with no privacy. Many men just loitering around aimlessly.
the outer areas like the lobby etc are brilliant. well decorated and clean. The staff are very courteous and well trained.
