Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

TurkeyCleanliness. Bed sheets and pillows was smelly too much. Stayed 1 week but sheets never replaced. Breakfast was disaster, items are mainly for locals. Very crowded and full of fog and smoke from the cooking. Smell sticks on you. There was no any desk for to get simple black tea, you have to order but god knows when you will get it... It is not a big deal to put a tea desk on the buffet so that people can get for themselves. And last, they will give you worst room during check in and after then you must to fight for better room. This is common behaviour of all PK hotels but it is not good especially when you arrive there from long international trips.
It is located on a silent and secure area. Big rooms. Executive lounge was not bad. Last time I stayed at 2020, hotel was shining at that time but seems like management or owner has changed.

United KingdomOutdated room decor and furniture. Every time we went out and returned back to the hotel it was like going through airport security which to us was a bit extreme.
Entrance and the lobby are both stunning areas. Rooms definitely need updating. The breakfast had lots of variety. The staff in general were so lovely and helpful and very respectful. There was a mix up in the rooms but this was swiftly rectified.

United KingdomCheck-in process was chaotic for us and many other guests on arrival (trouble finding bookings - despite me calling the eve before to reconfirm our reservations. .Check out process was thankfully smooth. New executive deluxe rooms still appear dated. All our room toilets had an offensive sewage type smell eventually prevalent in the bathrooms (despite a request to change rooms). I suspect age old plumbing is the case.

United KingdomAs a woman traveling alone, I sometimes didn't feel equally respected by the male staff (e.g. when I was talking to someone from reception, and a male guest would come and interrupt, the receptionists would immediately turn their attention to the man and ignore me. I had several instances like this).
The hotel feels very safe - especially for a woman traveling alone. The Chinese restaurant has excellent food. The breakfast buffet was often not fresh and not refilled timely.
