Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SpainPearl room was in dire need of a refurb, cracks on the wall, electric plugs were very old, aircon was noisy and unstable, the toilet seemed an after-thought as it was placed literally right in the middle of the tiny bathroom...never seen anything like it. The gym room was cramped. In general, the hotel needs badly an update
Breakfast was abundant and varied, staff were extremely helpful, housekeeping was proper and laundry service was very quick and pro. The lobby area is very spacious and luxurious.

Wasn’t informed of the executive room privileges which involved complimentary airport drop off but at time of check out I was told its included which was nice but it will be better to have these info provided at time of check in.
