We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsPC Bhurban is always sold out. This gives automatic service, not always friendly and without content. This is what I always remember and for the same money I will find another accommodation in the surroundings. Too many people packed on a small size spot gives also always noise..

PakistanDue to full booking, didnt get much chance to have our meals in hotel restuarants. they have less space to cater maximum guests and 3 times we had to wait for 2 hrs just to get into the restuarant. Room menu is limited. On both days, food came very late, it took almost an hour.

PakistanThe room was not equipped with electric kettle for preparation of tea which is normal feature of five star hotels. The cleanliness of swimming pool was not satisfactory because hairs were found in it and the changing rooms were really dirty.
The breakfast was nice and the environment was up to the mark. The jacuzzi and sauna bath were great. The out door night music was enjoyable

Pakistan1.Food was very expensive and quantity was too low. Even water bottle was sold on extremely expensive price. 2. Children play area was unfairly charged too much. Single coin for 50 rupees and playing time only 1 min, that was insane. Jumping trampoline was charged 250 rupees only for 10 minutes. Thats so unfair. 3. In musical night, very low grade band was invited. Singer only knew 4 to 5 songs old and out dated which he kept on repeating. 4. Bank Alfalah Visa Platinum card offered 40% discount on restaurants but Hotel management refused to give discount blantly without providing any reason. 5. At the time of booking it was clearly mentioned that breakfast included for all guests. But hotel charged 50% for a child above 5 years age.
