How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Overall, it's good place for foreigners and people with families and kids.
I stayed here for a few days and I honestly could say we had a lovely pleasant time. The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The staff were very kind and helpful. They would go extra lengths to make sure you are having a relaxing stay. Breakfast was delicious. Really cannot fault it. And I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Hotel Nova Lahore and had a wonderful experience! The hotel's location is great, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I also enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Nova Lahore for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in the city!

Hotel is extending their lobby and construction was going on, but the safety of the guests and their comfort was ensured to international standards.
I found Hotel Nova through booking.com. Usually i dont trust online reviews but as i did not have much options during the congested time because of the EXPO Exhibition, I gave Hotel Nova a try due to its high ratings at booking.com. Everything from Hygiene of the place to the Complementary was excellent.

Everything is great no Issues. Would love to come back sure! Management is improving in all domains and on track to excellence. The fixtures were sparkling clean, and the assortment of amenities provided left nothing to be desired.
Hotel Nova in Lahore offers great value for money with excellent facilities and friendly staff. Conveniently located near Emporium Mall, the hotel provides comfortable rooms with modern amenities. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Lahore.

An 100%Honest Unforgettable Lifesaver Review Review: Words cannot express the immense gratitude and awe I feel towards Hotel Nova. As a seasoned traveler who has experienced the comfort of 5+ star luxury hotels, I never anticipated that a hotel could save my life, but that's exactly what Hotel Nova did. During my first visit to Lahore, little did I know that this hotel would become much more than just a temporary abode. I succumbed to a severe case of food poisoning during my stay. In the early hours of the morning, around 5 am, I found myself in the grip of excruciating stomach pain, I knew that the situation was growing dire. Without hesitation, I reached out to the hotel reception, hoping against hope that they could assist me. To my utter amazement, the staff at Hotel Nova responded with an unparalleled level of urgency and care. They swiftly came to my room and immediately took charge of the situation, understanding the gravity of my condition. Recognizing the urgency, they promptly arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel, sparing me the agonizing wait and potential consequences. The doctor arrived promptly, and I was relieved to find myself in the hands of a skilled professional. The hotel's quick and efficient response undoubtedly saved me from a potentially life-threatening situation. In the comfort of my hotel room, the doctor administered an IV drip, expertly nursing me back to health. It was a tremendous relief to receive such attentive and competent medical care without having to venture outside. Hotel Nova not only exceeded my expectations as a place of accommodation but also demonstrated an unparalleled commitment to their guests' well-being. Throughout my recovery, the hotel staff continued to go above and beyond, ensuring I had everything I needed. They even prepared specially cooked meals tailored to my dietary requirements, supporting my recovery and nourishing my body.

This hotel is awsome in this price. owner and the staff is very cooperative . perfect location for a business tourist like me. emporium mall and expo centre is at walking distance . Breakfast was very good . Water heater worked perfectly and i enjoyed hot water bath in a cold rainy morning.

The entrance is through a commercial area. The shower is in the middle of the bath, & without a curtain.
It was clean & well maintained. The staff was polite & supportive. The traditional breakfast was very good.
