The renovated Lokal rooms are very nice, modern, and clean. The service staff were exceptional, friendly and very helpful at all times of the day. They have their own airport drop off service which is extremely convenient.

LOKAl is cheating people with the connivance of booking.com. They hire room at cheap hotels but advertise rooms at better hotels.

Poor breakfast. I was not given the room shown in the picture. In fact the rooms I got given was at Royal Inn whose advertised rates were much less than what I paid. It is a scam and booking.com has become a party to it.

The bathrooms needs major work. They installed toilet seat cover that didn't fully open and would stab you in the back whenever you sit on them and then slam shut with a bang. The sink was tiny and was not bolted or glued to the floor, hance move and bang against the glass. The TV was in the sitting area but there were no chairs or sofa there so that you can sit. The bed site rack and the main rack for putting your stuff was tiny and very narrow. It seems like they ran out of money while building and left it that there. At least the staff acknowledged these shortcomings. Would not stay there again until they fix these issues.

The service was excellent and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. The rooms are comfortable and offer a very restful stay and location is in very approachable in the city. The breakfast, especially the tea was great. The price is very affordable.

This isn't a traditional hotel; it's a digitally simulated space. Upon reaching your destination, you might be shocked to discover that the hotel depicted in the pictures doesn't actually exist. After a challenging ordeal, I managed to obtain the contact person's phone number, only to find out that the initial location wasn't the correct one. I was directed to another place, which turned out to be inconvenient and unpleasant.

Wifi is slow sometimes, but manageable. Air conditioning in the room was satisfactory, The Ac unit could not keep up with the heat and size of the room, but with Fans it was alright.

My stay was wonderful, the room and restroom were clean, Room service was excellent, well trained staff. They made our stay as comfortable as possible.

I think adding a study table / laptop desk will add more value to this property rest it has all the elements required for a good stay.

LOKAL rooms are amazing, certainly the best value for money option in Shahrah-e-Faisal area. I am a frequent traveler and finding a quality accommodation in this area was a continuous challenge but I have found Lokal rooms really reasonable. Kudos to team behind this venture who are providing consistent services throughout Pakistan. I stayed in Lokal Naran earlier and found the same consistency in karachi.

Nothing, I reached the hotel only to be received by the sentence that they don't have any lokal rooms available neither did they have any booking under my name, which, was confirmed!
