long time taken to check in to the room and check out off , in average it took me more than 50 minutes to check in and out. the staff are extremely friendly and nice to deal with , but ratio of staff serving clients i guess is very low. .

The food quality and taste is excellent, the overall atmosphere is excellent, i think the Hotel is crowded and needs more staff to reduce guests waiting time to be served generally.

my day one was very bad. there was some company event right below my room, and there was loud speakers singing that started from 9 am. I was tired from my overnight flight, and couldn’t sleep. then at breakfast it was a chaos, no seats, limited servers, and when my turn came, the time was up. Next day it was back to usual as it is, but day one was terrible

Great breakfast, the room was beautiful and great shuttle to airport. I was stuck in Islamabad unexpectedly and had a great stay here - shame I didn't get to enjoy the gardens, but will definitely be back!

Bathroom had a urine smell that was probably coming up from floor drains. Reception is not the best. Always a long waiting line and phone is not answered when calling from room. We had an issue where our room was cleaned and housekeeping forgot towels. We called reception 3 times to get towels and one staff member was rude to me stating that it has only been 8min since my last call and i should wait.

Comfort of rooms was great. Bed was comfy and you have a selection of pillows according to your preference. Restaurants were really good and reasonably priced. Spa and swimming pool facilities were good too.

There were extraordinary security measurements due to cricket matches in Islamabad and thus at the hotel where the players were staying. The life at hotel had been oriented according to the players and all the others are second class. The room was not clean as desired. The rooms shall be renovated.

Room service was slow and once they even forgot I ordered something. They eventually got it after an hour and were nice enough to not charge me for it. Also, the payment of food ordered to the room should be billed to the room - the policy to pay upfront was an issue because either I would be short on cash or they would forget the machine and then take forever to get it.

The bed was comfortable, the room as good and the staff was polite.

Everything but interior is out of this world. Truly blended with the culture and history of the land.

Nothing I didn't like but was super busy over holiday period.

before arrival I asked for early check in possibility and they replied with “it is up to room availability”. when we arrive the rooms were available but they said they have to charge extra one night for early check in😱 this information should be delivered in earlier communication, keeping it as a surprise made me thinking about good will!!!
