The only 2 things that could be improved is to have shower glass instead of a curtain and there was some slight issue with the power in sockets as phone charged on/off.

Everything about the hotel was good, especially cleanliness and how nice and attentive the staff were. Comfortabe beds. Complimentary water and chocolates. Help with luggage. Everything was available when needed and staff did whatever the could to accommodate any requests.

We stayed in this hotel pre and post tour of Northern Pakistan. I chose this hotel because of its ratings, and it did not disappoint. Everything was perfect. On our post tour stay for one night, we were upgraded to a junior suite. That was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. Each and every member of staff were lovely. Very attentive to our needs. Exceptional service! Breakfast was delicious. We had a perfect stay. Thank you to each and every one of you for making our stay memorable.

The location was a bit off the way. It took long to find the way to the hotel using Google Maps. But once found it was an amazing experience.

I really liked the way the staff welcomed me at the hotel. They did a complimentary upgrade to my room. The hotel interior was amazing. The rooms were really spacious and room service was also quick. The bathrooms were spacious too. The in-dine food was also tasty.

Little maintenance was required in our room's washroom . The tap needed some fixing and a air freshener is needed in it too.

The whole staff was very courteous. We were greeted by saira and Yawar Abbasi they were very helpful and kind. The kitchen and breakfast dining hall staff was very humble and helping. Also we were accommodated whenever I'mwe required it. We had an amazing stay at the hotel. And would love to stay here again.

The welcome drinks should be changed you guys should remove orange juice and it can be replaced with mango or apple juice. You shouldn't take extra charges for mini bar. There should be extra benefits for returning visitors.

Overall the ambiance was very good. Cleanliness was very good. The person at the front desk (Yawar Abbasi) is a nice person and very cooperative boy.

The location is bit off into residence community area, their was lack of security what did worry me,but it was covered by the amazing food and exceptional kind Staff and room, but overal the experience was good

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time. The staff at reception were very helpful especially Mr. Waqas a very poliet gentleman and professional.I highly recommend this hotel and we'll certainly be seeking to stay here again

Didn’t know why our room was not cleaned when we were out sightseeing? It may be miscommunication between the front desk and the cleaning staff.

Room was spacious and breakfast buffet was very good with a variety of hot none spicy food and fruits. Services were very good with meeting our requests for extra towels, tissue boxes, water etc.
