The toilet floor tile is extremely slippery when wet and not suitable for the shower. We had a few moment when we almost slipped and fall.

There are multiple things. 1- The washroom had 2 fixed soap and lotion containers which are fixed on the wall which is not good. They should provide separate small bottles both in the shower and on the sink like all hotels do. 2- The Muslim shower did not work at all it was free and you will have no control despite requesting the staff they did nothing. 3- They did not provide room slippers or even shower slippers even though we asked the housekeeping to make our room he still did not put them. Plus no tissue papers were offered

The location is good if you want to travel around Islamabad.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.

All is well but this hotel in a prime location in the capital city of Pakistan should strive more to attract people and come here to find peace and happiness. Which first of all they should start the rewarding of membership their regular or old customers with the premium benefits and give them incentives with other various financial benefits and organized the offers specially for there members.

I got my first stay at IFQ Hotel & Resort was about a one year ago with the through of booking.com and I feel comfortable , neat & clean the atmosphere of this hotel is very near to nature.There was especially the team of management and other worker's of the hotel especially Mr. Nadeem Iqbal Thaeem Front Manager(IFQ), Mr. Muneeb Duty Manager (IFQ) and also including female DMO or other worker's satff of the (IFQ) unfortunately who's name i could not remembered. They has been all very good qualities and having skills of management and They are all is a fully organized that can take any business or organization to a higher level of growth.Therefore, whenever I come to Islamabad, IFQ Hotel is my first priority for stayed.

The hospitality of the staff was superb. Mr Nadeem Ahmed's supervisor was amazing down to earth. Executive Cheff Rehmat is amazing and supervising the kitchen very well. Front Desk Officers Mahnoor and Zunaira was good in dealing. I also want to mention a guy from buffet section Sarshad as well. Keep it up, and we'll done .

The food could receive some additional focus to accommodate an expat pallet.

Very comfortable room. Excellent bathroom. Great food. We were also very kindly facilitated by Mr. Abubakr - Director Sales and Marketing. Most courteous. We also got a room upgrade thanks to his generosity. The hotel management certainly understands how professionals like Mr. Abubakr, with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, makes all the difference in a successful hotel business. Bravo!

IFQ Islamabad hotel it was really nice experience. The hotel is superb with a focus on exceptional service and hospitality. My room was extremely nice and clean great staff especially Front Office team & Housekeeping team. Thank you very much for very short time arang Airport drop off. We definitely come back soon highly recommended Hotel.

The room that we were given was dirty and had stains over the bedding with hairs. The bathroom also had hairs hanging from the towel railing. Complained and the manager gave us another room only to find our that had similar issues. In the morning we asked for the ironing board and they brought us 2 broken ironing boards and complained and was told that they will swap it again for a better one but after 45min wait with no one turning up we walked out. Please look elsewhere if you’re looking to book a hotel in Islamabad. Don’t know how they have there current star rating.

If there was a rating below 0 I would give that. Very upset and disappointed with the hotel. I would never recommend that you stay here. Please save your money!!!
