All the rooms open up into a shared living area and sometimes people can be sitting there which could be awkward and uncomfortable for some families.

The room was clean and up to a higher standard than other hotels in the area. The management was very helpful and accommodated us for an extra few hours and kept our luggage after the checkout while we finished our errands. Breakfast was also great tasting.

Bussy area , if you selected room with balcony the road side noise will disturb you.

I had an amazing stay at hamsun alongwith my mother. The location of hotel was much compatible to me. This is one of the best experiences that I had. I’d highly recommend this. Hamsun is totally safe for females and families because of it’s professionalism and environment. Staff was so respectful and met my needs in a go on demand. I’d always prefer Hamsun when I am in karachi.

Apartment is in a high rise building in Clifton. There are a lot of shops downstairs. There's a lot going on in the evenings. Very beautiful. There is little going on during the day. Rooms are large and very clean and quiet for Pakistani standards. There is security in the house. There's no need to be afraid. Very safe area. The staff is very friendly and fulfills every wish. It's not a hotel. Apartment house where other families also live. Apartment part is separate from others. Breakfast is served in the room. you can determine the time. Tasty and clean! Compared to European standards, you always have to make some compromises. I can definitely recommend it!!! Price-performance is TOP!! Clifton Beach is nearby with horse and camel rididing. They are a lot of Rikshas. You can go evereywere for 200-300 Rupies.

Room was a little dusty but overall clean. I prefer a really soft bed and the beds here were pretty firm but that's just a personal preference.

Staff was amazing and attentive. Turned on hot water when we asked and brought us plates and cutlery when needed as well as bottles of water when we asked.

While the apartment from inside is amazing, the cleanses of the overall tower needs some improvement.

One of the best properties in a city like Karachi. The idea of high standard service apartments in residential towers is quite creative. Really great service and super friendly staff. The location is great near the center. True value for money and an excellent experience that I would like to repeat.

I really enjoyed my stay here — the staff were very helpful, and checked in with me several times throughout the trip to make sure everything was going well. The bed is super comfortable, and the AC and wi-fi both worked very well. The location is also great. I don’t think this value can be beat.

getting into the property wasnt easy, the entrance is between a very busy mall, and getting there was tough at first, but after first time,we found our ways. basement parking's entrance was quite narrow. they should clearly explain getting in and out of the property.

Location was excellent, all major attractions were nearby, it was in a apartment building, with other families in other apartments. so this felt quite safe and comfortable, atmosphere wasnt very modern or like 5 star but it felt like home, and security wise quite safe. staff was always on toes to help you out. room service was good too. 9/10. but will give overall 10/10 since its new and they will get better .
