PakistanThe room air conditioner wasn't strong. There wasn't a fan. If there was a fan, I would've at least gotten decent sleep. My tip is to have small fans and offer if they need it. I can't sleep without having a fan noise but this one was worse because I needed the cooling from a fan as well. It got pretty warm at night. I hope you listen to my suggestions. Keep up the great work!
I loved the free breakfast. It was pretty good. There should be more options though. The hall should be air conditioned and the seats should be modern, not like the ones you get in Pakistani marriage halls. Overall, pretty good. It felt safe.

IndonesiaThe internet service is intermittent and insufficient for video conferences, which made work related meetings very difficult. The hot water was also intermittent and I had to call for maintenance on multiple occasions. Eventually, they sorted it out and I didn't need to call again. The full dinner menu was not available for the duration of my stay, which may have been because of the timing of my visit. However, I would have preferred to have been given a true menu so that I was not disappointed.
My room was upgraded from a Deluxe Single Room with Balcony to the Bridal Suite at no extra cost. Whilst there was no balcony, the furniture was lovely. I originally booked in for five days, but extended because I was so comfortable. Breakfast is a simple, but tasty buffet, and I appreciated the days when fresh fruit was added to the options. The service is excellent, with the staff watching for toast and bringing chai. Guest Relations Officer, Amara was always welcoming, a cheerful face in the mornings. She was readily available to assist with anything throughout my stay. Fahad was also very helpful, organising a private car and driver to take me from Lahore to Choa Saidan Shah. Housekeeping is excellent, with the staff extremely respectful, especially as I am a woman travelling alone. I was delighted with the cleanliness and hygiene of the bathroom in particular. I checked out the day spa while I was there, taking time out for a pedicure. The staff were friendly and my feet look and feel better for the attention. Next time I visit, I am going to have a full body massage. Grand Millennium is a good value hotel. I will happily return before I cross the border at Wagah to complete my Pakistan holiday.

Location is excellent. Almost all touristic places are nearby, Complementary break fast and dinning hall were very good. Besides, attitude of Mr. Kaleem and Ms. Asmara at Front office desk/Receiption was very cooperative and helpfull for us. My family was very happy with the attitude, cleanliness, good services of staff of Receiption and House Keeping; therefore, we have extended our stay in this hotel. I, recommend other families to consider this hotewl for stay.

United KingdomEach day, I got a note under my door saying that room service had knocked on the door to make up the room but there was no answer (because I was out). I appreciated the consideration not to come in if I was sleeping, but I'd suggest having a card to put on the door saying 'please make up my room' instead. Otherwise, a really comfortable stay! Also hot water was rare, but not a problem at all.
Friendly reception staff, very helpful. Good location, walkable to metro and a short tuktuk ride to old Lahore. Beautiful Jinnah park just around the corner. Huge rooms! Consideration to provide a basic breakfast in the room during Ramadan was appreciated.
