There is always room for improvment , was construction going on little noisy. Menu for breakfast should be changed more often air conditioning in common area was little low

There wasn't anything I disliked. Everything was above my expectations.

I would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Lahore,it's near MM Alam road. Staff and security are friendly and respectful. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The furniture could use an upgrade, it’s being worn out. Towels need to be replaced, they are not white any more but were still clean. In general, the hotel needs an upgrade.

The location is good, nice and clean property, staff was service minded. Nice breakfast with opportunity to have omelet made as per your choice. Airport pick and drop is very convenient - all in all good value for money

No Iron Board in the room. When i asked for the iron, the house keeping simply refused that they cannot provide. Very unprofessional !!!. So we had no choice but to use hotel laundry service at, of course, premium price. So I advise to take your own iron. The amenities provided in the toilet are missing shower gel and conditioner. There was no floor matt in the toilet.

Hotel is well kept and gives the feeling as newly built. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. Good TV with Netflix and Youtube available free. Very nice and modern climate system. Staff is very good and cooperative.

It could be more clean. I had to ask them to vaccum or else they were cleaning carpet with a cloth. Also please provide iron in room.

Food was awesome. We ordered room service several times and had breakfast buffet. Everything was delicious. Staff was very polite. Rooms were big and comfortable. We had two adjoining rooms on request. They had Netflix for kids as well

Cleanliness was exceptional. Staff was absolutely brilliant. Room was so spacious. Fahad is such a brilliant Guest Services Officer. Breakfast was very nice. I will definitely return to this hotel. Fahad deserves a promotion for sure. He was so generous and sweet.

They insist on Valet parking. Although they have a basement parking and a lift to access it.

This place gave me an "IMM-AT-HOME" type of feeling. Room service was excellent, and so was the food. When I checked-in the room I got very good vibes. I found front office staff very professional and friendly. Specially Miss Summan at the front office dealt me very well. All the hotel staff were very humble & helpful. I really enjoyed my 3 days stay.

There’re gym and swimming pool refurbished going on at the min which could be noisy for some people. No work carried out in the night so wasn’t a bother to me

Very clean hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Housekeeping was top-notch. The bathroom was a very good size. Breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. Qasim looked out for us during breakfast. He was so helpful. Everybody from the guards to the reception staff were brilliant. We can't praise them enough.

Room size, furniture, clean, location, cost per night. The staff is very kind enough to allow very early check-in at 5am as well as updated upgraded to room type. With pick and drop from airport. Very happy!

There is no fitness center although it is advertised on Booking. Hotel is undergoing renovation and fitness center is not in use at the moment. Location is not super ideal, far from sights and restaurants.
